I often read books on my iphone on the kindle app (or occasionally watch movies). This stand is quite good and I have it in my wallet all the time. It can hold an iphone 6 well (so I assume it will hold 7 and 8 also). However it doesn't quite accommodate the phone with a case (a slim case at that) -so the claim that it will work well with most cases is a bit of an exaggeration. Secondly the angle is not quite as good as I originally expected so that in order to view the movie at a good angle you have to push the phone along with the case a little away from you - which doesn't really make for an ideal viewing experience. So I have to knock off two stars for these two drawbacks.Overall this is a good stand, is always in my wallet, is quite useful ( a couple of acquaintances were impressed and are going to get one too) and for the price it's a good buy.**UPDATE 10/20/17**I've just used the stand to watch a video and realized that I made a mistake in my original review. So I've hastened to right this wrong pronto. I mentioned that the stand barely fits a phone with a slim case, implying that phones with bulkier cases will not fit. This is not true - the issue is user error (sorry about that). The trick is to push up the support 'flap' - the horizontal piece that has the words 'amusent' written on it from underneath (perhaps it could be made more intuitive) . This gives sufficient room for a phone with a case to slide into that gap. I have so far, incorrectly, rested the phone on the flap can cause a phone with a case (such as mine) to slip. I still feel that the stand should allow a better viewing angle. So while I might grudgingly give this 5 stars yet, 4 stars is a more accurate reflection of this stand.

Best Phone Accessory
I've been carrying this in my pocket alongside my iPhone X for the past two years and it gets daily use. I love being able set up my phone on a table to watch videos or take a photo without having something ridiculous attached to the back of my phone all of the time.

One Of The Best Phone Stands On The Market!
If you're looking to get a phone kickstand I highly recommend getting this one over the Spigen U100. This stand is slim enough to fit inside a wallet comfortably. Durable enough to survive in one without breaking too. Though you may notice some bending depending on where you keep your wallet, considering how slim the stand is. After using it for a while I could only come up with a few downsides. There isn't any silicon/ rubber padding on the bottom to prevent the stand from sliding when tapping on devices. It's also not stable enough to hold larger devices like the iPad Pro, but it wasn't really made for that. Though it can hold an iPad in landscape mode if you don't tap on the screen to much. Just keep in mind that this stand seems to favor slimmer devices, so if you have a large phone or a bulky case you're probably going to have a rough time with this one. Other than that I recommend giving it a shot if you're curious.

Works as marketed
It's not a credit card in that it will not fit comfortably in any wallet. However, it fits into the various pouches. I have one in my backpack and another in my cord bag for travel. I've used it more than I thought I would, particularly for reading and videos on the go. I recommend.

I've just received it and it seems to be really good (time will tell how long the flex points hold up). I have tried my 9.7" iPad Pro, with the basic leather case and cover (no keyboard) and it fits. Of the 12 angles, if my iPad is in portrait mode, the 3 that let it lay back the most are not very stable, but the other 9 seem quite usable. It will make a great combination with my TextBlade keyboard (sorry, but it is still in beta testing and not released yet). Both super tiny, super light, and really useful. I did, somehow, order the wrong design but really not a big deal. Besides, I really am "amazing'. I'm going to use it for a few more days and, barring something unexpected, buy some more!Update: I just came from the Apple store and tried this with the new iPads. For the 12+ inch iPad, forget about portrait mode! But it will work in landscape, though the closer to the most upright position the better. I'd say the lowest 3-4 positions wouldn't be good. The rest would depend on how hard you push on the tablet when using it. The 10.5" is, naturally, better, but still can't use all portrait positions.

ugly as sin, but portable & effective
hideous white plastic with very ugly printed scene on it (thinking of spray painting it black)BUT: fits in my wallet & hold my Z Fold 3 in either orientation perfectly well.I plan to put a stick-on kickstand then wont need this product, however till then it is a great solution for the price

Very Handy Product but it feels rather cheap
I bought this stand because I want a small portable option to prop my phone on tables to watch media without having to use a case with a built in kickstand. There are lots of cases with built in kickstand but alot of them have ones that are flimsy and break easily not to mention many of the best most protective cases (I.E Otterbox, UAG, Tech21 and others) don't have kickstand. This stand allows me to choose to use many different phone cases without having to worry about not being able to prop up my phone to watch media on a table. The stand is very affordable but I find the stand to feel a little on the flimsy side, but it's portability and its functionality do make up for that.

Need a kickstand? This is basically a steal.
I absolutely love how this thing is able to fold down to the size of a credit card-- while it is a bit of a thick credit card (maybe two or three stacked), regardless, I always have it tucked into my wallet. This with a good bluetooth keyboard successfully turns my phone into a neat and tidy little mobile workstation when I want to do some writing and I don't have my laptop on hand. While some phone cases might have this sort of functionality built in, I prefer this, being as my case doesn't (it's pretty sleek), and I'm able to use this for other things too; sometimes I use it for my tablet.+ Quick to deploy. Snap out two parts, slap your phone on it.+ Small, lightweight. Put it in wallet and forget about it.+ Completely worth it for the price.
