At this price point, I wasn't expecting many frills and, indeed, what I got was a very basic but perfectly serviceable wok burner. I've only used it once so far, to season a wok. Tons of Heat and very Sturdy!

Super ease of use and setup. It's a solid weight for it's size and I end up putting it right onto my grill when cooking outdoors, and it provides a nice stable platform to cook off of.I was worried that it would be underpowered but it puts out a ton of heat and brings my wok up to temp in short order.The first time you fire this up I would let it burn off whatever coating they put on it for shipping before you cook on it.I use this with a carbon steel wok, and you can achieve great wok hei using this. Just be mindful because at full blast it can be too hot. Once you figure out the amount of heat you need, you'll be able to make fried rice good enough for Uncle Roger.

The media could not be loaded. I was searching for many outdoor stovesThis the one I was looking , portable, reliable powerful. My cooking done very fast and it has Control to operate the flame u wanted too. I recommend this for kind of usage of outdoor cooking .

This burner is legit, my carbon steel wok bottom was over 900 degrees after less than 30 seconds on the burner. Will take some practice, but very satisfies so far. May try a few tweaks for my set up, may add a wok ring to raise wok up about an 1" to get wok in a better position over the flame. Also may add some side shields for the flame as wind can push the flame.

This thing throws the heat evenly around my wok. We'll made easy to use and adjust flames

Arrived without defects. Husband plans to use it for outside cooking. Boils or deep frying. This attached to a propane tank. Will be great for power outages and family gatherings.It works as described.

I've cooked on a big wok in the kitchen of a Chinese restaurant. This burner isn't anything like.what you need for large service. But it is the best home version I've found so far, and it is quite inexpensive. I've only cooked in it once, earlier today as I write this, but I'm quite happy. I have a small home sized carbon steel 16 inch round bottomed wok.UPDATE: on a longer stir fry, the paint on the wok burner caught on fire.
