Awesome way to tie shoes if you have hip arthritis. Takes about 10-12 minutes to install (not as quick as I expected, even after doing it on my 5th pair of shoes), but it is time well spent. So easy to put on and take off your sneakers! Very easy on my hips. Keeps the tension reasonably well over the 2 months I have been using them. I tried another brand that is similar and also works pretty well, but the other brand did not hold the tension as well as these--got loose after a week or two.

They are badly designed. Too big. They look awful on my shoes. They should be designed so they are not so obtrusive. Would not recommend these. There are much better ones on the market.

What a great invention. Don't cut too short, wait several days - you can always adjust them later.

These work great for a pair of shoes I use for house slippers.
