Fantastic Lodge Quality
Lodge pans are my favourite cast iron cookware, and this is no exception. I bought it to make crêpes on and the results are fantastic. I will keep adding more to my collection. A side note on the rubber handle... DO NOT leave it on the pan when you cook. It is actually not heat resistant as such, more a protective layer. Mine melted on the part closest to the flame, but I do not use it now anyway. Purchase that addition only of you absolutely need one.
