I have sensitive skin but this did not cause a reaction it break me out. It removed my makeup very easily including my eye makeup. I was able to be gentle on my eyelashes yet it was still very effective at removing my mascara. My skin very clean & soft & it did not leave me with blurry vision when removing my mascara. I hate eye makeup removers that cause blurry vision! The only cons I can think of is it’s hard to determine how much product you have left & it takes up space while traveling. But it works so well it’s worth it!

I always wear waterproof mascara and when taking it off I damage my lashes, but with this product !!!! Nope! This is so smooth and melted the waterproof mascara off my face like nothing ! It isn’t harsh on the skin and removed my makeup every well! Will continue to purchase this product

I really love this cleansing balm, it takes off makeup well and feels nice and velvety and not oily, but it only lasted me 2-3 weeks i use the recommended amount once a day and i’ve already used up the product. I’m not sure if i’ll buy again since it’s quite expensive for the amount given and how often i’d need to repurchase but if they increased product amount i’d be a regular customer. Great product not so great amount :(

Great cleansing balm. Soft texture and emulsifies easily. Doesn't burn my eyes and removes all my stubborn makeup!

I like the pore refresh cleansing balm, no residue left over. Took all my make up off.

The dispenser is hygienic on this item but it’s still a little messy. The balm melts nicely but it’s still not my favorite cleansin balm. I purchased this mostly to see how the dispenser works. I do not think i will repurchase. I like the Banila clean it zero better

So far, so good. I tried this once - before my current makeup remover runs out - to know whether I need to order the same thing or am I good to go with this one.This solid remover turned to an oil in mere seconds and I can see a little goes a long, long way! It really removed everything and I love that it emulsifies with water and rinses off cleanly. What I don't know is if it will make me break out in the long run. I have one more pump of my current remover (The Skin Store's Rice Water Bright if you're looking for another great one here on Amazon) and then I'll start using the solid tomorrow night. I will edit this review if I find I'm breaking out - because NO ONE wants that!!!

Very easy to use. It's more like a cold cream-type makeup remover. Works very well.
