Delicous and Nutritious
These lentils are packed full of flavour. High in protein and take five minutes to prepare. Just add a little water and heat up. A great staple for anyone who works hard and does not have time to spend hours cooking

Great lentils, dislike cooking the fresh ones as it takes too long. I flavour this with salt, garlic, onions, tomatoes, parsley and lemon juice. The family love it

Lentils
First impressions: The graphic design on the packaging is quite smart. The product: This is a high quality product hence, I guess, the price. I usually just buy the tinned d'Aucy ones or Asda own-brand, which are cheap and tasty. I ws expecting these Merchant Gourmet ones to be plain, but they have a pronounced, mildly herby taste. Not unpleasant by any means. Texture of these was a touch on the dry side for me, so probably better in a salad than as an accompaniment to meat, but that's just my subjective opinion. All in all: A decent product, but I think I will stick with the tins.
