Made from soft velour felt in soft pale blue, this cloche was hand blocked, pleated and trimmed to provide the perfect frame for your face. Finished off with vintage grosgrain ribbon. Brim is about 2 1/2 inches in front and 2 inches in back. Water resistant, great in rain and snow, and will keep you dry and warm. Measures 22 inches inside circumference.
