Product OK
The product is gel based which is fine if you apply specific pressure to an area, however if you uses your palm it doesn't apply enough dampening to cause any comfort. Better just to use a foam unit instead or a merge of the two materials.

You could use it as a "stress ball" type thing but useless for a wrist rest.
