Far too big for a small dog
Although the dimensions stated are correct they are listed as useful for storing your dogs details and these are far too big for my small dog so are completely useless to me. Beware and check the size before purchasing.

They are empty and the keyring fails
Expected to find a form inside that was made to fit comfortably and prompt you with what information is required - but they are empty. On the third walk, the metal keyring failed, opening out and casing the main part to fall off. So had to make my own insert and replace the keyring with a stronger one

J'en ai prit 3 car j'ai trois chiens, pour les deux gros, les capsules sont très bien mais pour la petite, c'est trop gros pour son petit cou.
