My doctor had informed me that Vit. B can help with nerve issues in the body. I was experiencing a burning sensation in my toe nail after an injury that would not let up. Ive taken a lot of activated b 12 and this works well. Effects felt sooner than later..plus my blood test showed an increase, i am also able to take it on an empty stomach.
