This is supposed to be a one size fits all and even at the largest setting where the velcro was barely hanging on on the top of my head it was way too tight. I am bald and the way this is designed the hard side of the velcro was digging in to the top of my head and was very uncomfortable to wear. The one I received smelled like a tire shop. No instructions came in the package but they are included in the download of the ebook that they send you. When this thing is on it put my jaw into an uncomfortable position. In the end this did stop me from snoring because I can't sleep with it on.

Its very uncomfortable on my husbands head and it really doesn't work. Sorry I purchased it but hopefully they will improve their product.

Fits good, but really stained my pillow case. I've washed the strap two times, but still will stain. This picture is after I washed the pillow case.

I looked at all the 1 and 2 star reviews from all anti snoring head straps and almost all say that they stain the pillow case and that they smell bad.. I'm glad to say this one doesn't smell at all and doesn't stain the pillow case either.. snoring was reduced a LOT, but not completely, i'm happy with the results!

I would not buy this product again---the stitching came undone and the dye leaked onto the sheets and pillow cases. Wasn't that easy to put on either---very disappointed.

cheap plastic, pay a few bucks more for one with fabric that won't cut into your face or rub the hair off of your head.

May work for others but didn't work for me.
