Ultrawall 4 Pcs Metal Pegboard Wall Panels, Peg Boards for Garage Tool Storage

I have a completely original 1954 kitchen with no pantry and limited cabinet space. I am also an avid cook with a daunting collection of spices, but in my tiny kitchen, there's nowhere to store them. When these showed up on Vine, I had a revelation: pegboard spice rack! I had considered pegboard in the kitchen before (Julia Child style), but I only knew about the hardboard kind of pegboard panels, and I was worried that wouldn't work in the location I want the spice rack, which is directly behind my stove. I didn't want splatters and regular wipe downs to distort the hardboard and look pitiful. The fact that these are metal completely solved that problem. And bc the Amazon gods apparently love me, three of these panels fit *perfectly* into the niche behind my range - no extra space at all, as if they were designed just for my kitchen. I got the grey color, which is not beautiful. Looks like the color of primer to me. No problem, though, because I lightly sanded them with some fine grit sandpaper and spray painted them a gorgeous Dansk yellow. The panels look so professional and clean! They take the paint very well and honestly look like they came from the factory this color. I can't say enough good things about this product. The metal is pretty thick, none of the panels arrived warped, the corners are rolled and welded very nicely. I can imagine these used in a million settings and performing well in them all. 15/10 - these things are great.*I will add pictures of them painted and installed as soon as the clearcoat cures.

I'm in the middle of a major tool re-org and change of storage location, and decided to give these a try. I couldn't be happier so far.I've mounted all 4 into a rectangle mounted to 1x4 pine which I attached vertically to my 4' workbench. The lack of dedicated mounting holes actually worked as a plus for me to be more flexible in how I was able to mount the panels across the workbench, as I had to inset the side verticals to deal with the bench legs, which I really appreciate.The panels are cleanly built and my four were very consistent in their manufacture, so putting 4 panels together to build one large peg board actually does work. I can put tool holders across panel boundaries, which I was very pleasantly surprised to find. There was little to no flex in the panels, everything is powder coated very well, and using #8-32 flat headed machine screws in the holes to mount to the 1x4s worked perfectly.So far I haven't found any problems with flexion or stability in my setup with a ton of different peg board hooks installed. Really, really liking these.The only improvement I would like to have made is being able to get them in black.

Some of the pegboard you get today is made from fiberboard, some is even plastic, but this is the typical painted sheet metal which you might be used to from times gone by. As such, it is very easy to install, looks good, and is pretty sturdy, so long as you don't dent it with something. I like that this package creates a 4'x2' rectangle, a very nice standard size. I've attached a picture of them installed in my garage (I'm going to put skateboard of the same size on the right, with space between for an outlet and narrow shelves for charging things. It's not so much an innovative or special product, but just exactly what you need with no frills and that's good for most jobs.

I have been planning a mounting system under my desk for more years than I can count. I see peg boards and just go Meh and dont buy them. I decided to give these a try. I was very surprised to realize that they are actually rounded like panels so if mounted on a wall they stand off perfectly.Since this is under my desk I have temporarily zip tied them but the mounting holes line up perfectly to my perforated bar that supports my desk span!I am awaiting some nice bolts to hold everything in place then routing my power supplies and other items to it to clear the desk and floor up.
