These little chips are like the backup singers to my main chain-stripping act… not the star, but they definitely help the show. I mostly use the actual chain stripper first, but throwing one of these into the hot wax during that first go just makes me feel better about getting all the factory goo out. Does it do much more? Who knows, but it’s cheap peace of mind and hasn’t hurt anything yet. Think of it as the extra rinse cycle for your chain.

Great product. It makes whole wax process so easy. Chain wax is definitely a way to go. I would not turn back to oil lubricate method again. It's clean and efficient way for your bike. Furthermore, it will just make your chain last longer with no question mark.

Musisz jedynie pamiętać by dobrze „rozruszać” każdy z linków łańcucha pozbawiając nadmiaru wosku. Generalnie było to moje pierwsze woskowanie na gorąco, i mogę potwierdzić to co mówią inni - jak raz spróbujesz, już nigdy nie wrócisz do tradycyjnej oliwki :) próg wejścia jest wyższy, ale sam produkt starcza na długo, a otrzymujemy cichy, i przede wszystkim czysty łańcuch.

I used this to switch from an oiled chain to a waxed chain and I’m genuinely impressed. Cleaning is so much easier - instead of long sessions scrubbing with a nylon brush and degreaser, you just use hot water to melt the wax and rinse the dirt away. Way less mess, far less hassle, and much more environmentally friendly. I won’t be going back to oiled chains.
