Works Great
The media could not be loaded. This cheese mold is expertly designed for crafting kulich cheese, a staple of Pascha celebrations. It features accurately spelled Cyrillic Slavonic letters, enhancing its authenticity and appeal. My personal testing confirms the mold's effectiveness; its metal construction strikes the perfect balance of durability and functionality, adeptly withstanding the cheese-making process. While it produces a modestly sized kulich sufficient for 3-6 people, this departure from traditional wood to metal does not detract from its quality or the authenticity of the end product. Indeed, it serves as a worthy successor to the cherished mold passed down from my grandparents.Kulich is a revered tradition among Ukrainian and Russian Orthodox Christians, marking the joyous occasion of Orthodox Easter. This year, the celebration falls on May 5, 2024, commemorating the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. For those looking to honor the rich traditions of Ukrainian Pascha with a touch of authenticity and craftsmanship, this cheese mold is an exceptional choice. I enthusiastically recommend it to enthusiasts and practitioners of Orthodox Easter traditions alike.

Nice, but flimsy
After 1 use, it lost its shape. Made of a thin leaf of metal, be careful to not cut yourself, the finitions are not great. However, it is still a nice mold for Easter.

It's a mold
If you like cooking Russian food (I do), this is a serviceable mold for paskha. It's not super sturdy, but it doesn't have to be. The traditional wooden molds are harder to come by and relatively expensive, so this is a pretty good alternative. Looking forward to using these on orthodox easter.
