This didn't have many reviews on it. In fact it had one 5 star review at the time I purchased it. But this bottle was $5 cheaper than the other caffeine detox pills. I have been needing to get off my caffeine addiction. I am highly sensitive to it as well as the metabolites which can take up to a month to get of your body when you quit. Caffeine severally impacts my sleep. I get much less deep sleep when taking caffeine even if I only consume it in the morning. Caffeine has a 6 hour half-life. So 6 hours after you consume 200 mg from a preworkout drink, you have 100mg in your system. And another 6 hours, you have still have 50mg in your system. The metabolites also screw me up my sleep. I track my sleep on my Garmin fitness watch and it shows me how little deep sleep I get. I know this becasue I have quit caffeine before and have gotten double the deep sleep and my Garmin confirms it. I feel much better. I mean I feel good on the caffeine to but you can’t feel that good artificially and not pay for it. What goes up, must come down. Same thing with alcohol. They are called hangovers though!Okay so how did this stuff work your asking? Well I took 2 in the morning before work. Problem is I didn't take the other 2 pills with me to work. You’re supposed to take the other 2 pills 4 to 6 hours after taking the first pills. At around 1pm, I got the withdrawal headache I was so wanting to avoid with these pills. I got home at 5pm and immediately took the other 2 pills. Didn’t work! I took Tylenol and that didn’t work. Finally tapped out and went to bed at 9pm. I was thinking this stuff sucks and I was mad at myself for trying a cheaper one. Well, I took another 2 pills that next morning. Four hours later, I took the second does. Boom, no fricken headache. My withdrawal headaches always take 2 to 3 days to pass. Third day being just a dull ache. But the first two days, my headache is unboreable and I can’t hardly function. I decided to not take them the third day to see what happens. No headache. I am officially off and have pills leftover. If only I had followed the directions the first day. My sleep immediately improved and will only get better and better. I still have pills left over but I won’t be getting addicted to caffeine ever again. I fully endorse this product. This was the easiest time with getting off caffeine ever! Note: I have read that the stuff in this is hard on your liver. There are people that wrote in their reviews that they continued to take caffeine and used this stuff as a license to continue to use caffeine. Not a good idea and this will impair your liver function if taken over an extended time period. Just used it for the two days and you will be glad you did.

So, I usually don't buy products off Amazon if there are no reviews, but I decided to take the risk anyway. I am very pleased with this product. After only the first dose I could feel a difference. I have major sensitivity to caffeine, and have tried to go off of it several times in the past. I always end up going right back on caffeine because the withdrawal symptoms are so unpleasant and serve that it doesn't seem worth it at the time. I was recently diagnosed with an ulcer, so I had to go off caffeine for medical purposes. I tried for a few days and I felt awful. I had headaches that Advil wouldn't even touch. I felt beyond exhausted. I felt moody and depressed and was constantly irritated with my four year old and my husband. I was desperate! I found this product and felt quite intrigued by its claims. I took the risk and bought it, and I am so happy I did. After just the first dose, I felt almost totally better. By the second dose, my family thought I had sneaked a coke zero.....my drug of choice. I slept like a baby that first night, and it's only gotten better since. This really works. It pulls you through the detox stage quickly so you can get on with your life. I highly recommend!

To me it made a difference. My headaches were less severe and only lasted 1 week instead of 2.Just FYI. The bottle is huge and 80% stuffed with cotton.

Day 1: Still had a headache when used as directed but not until the evening and WAY more mild than a full on caffeine headache.Day 2: Felt very lethargic all day, mild headache in the evening. Still taken as directed.Day 3: Took my two morning pills but instead of taking two more 4-6 hours later I waited for a headache to come...it never did!Day 4: No pills, no feeling of lethargy.

I was finally able to kick the Diet Coke addiction with this product! I had no withdrawals, while in the past I've literally been sick and on the floor in a fetal position when I've tried to give it up. I highly recommend this product if the physical withdrawals are the only thing holding you back from giving up caffeine.

Ths product is awesome. I had headache just 1 day and the soda cravings is really low and I'm on my 3 day.

I've been drinking coffee for a long time straight and consuming pre workouts with caffeine in it as well. I feel this has helped cleanse my body and not give me any sort of withdrawals because of not consuming any caffeine.

Great detox product with effective ingredients. Definitely a go to when detoxing from stimulants and when you just want to re-balance your body.
