Durable, good zipper, reasonably priced. Keeps medicine cold and great while traveling. Comes with portable ice packs, that we just put on hotel freezer each night when traveling. Then pop back in and you’re on your way. Also keeps your medicines secure and private.

This is a well designed item for storing my insulin pens when I am traveling.It fits well in my hand luggage.It is well designed with good quality materials and zipper.It is value for money. It has two ice packs to keep the insulin cold. It is really efficient. I am glad I bought it.

We recently traveled internationally with medication requiring refrigeration, and this product was outstanding! The meds are sandwiched in a pouch between 2 freezer packs (freeze before travel, then place one on each side of the medicine pouch). There is a wired temperature sensor placed with the medications that displays externally on the case for easy verification. The insulated case protected and maintained temperature in the upper 30's / low 40's F for 14+ hours while contained in our carryon luggage. Highly recommended!

Honestly this is great!! I traveled 10-11 hours and kept this in my cart on and it kept them very secure. I traveled with 3 GLP-1 pens and I was able to fit them snugly into the case, but could only fit one ice pack. That wasn’t an issue for me but if you only travel with 1-2 then you can fit both ice packs! It held up and didn’t get damaged and didn’t damage my pens either which is fantastic!! I debated between like 3-4 different cases but I’m glad I went with this one. Easy to use, durable, cheap, well made. Would definitely buy again if I needed to!

This cold storage case comes with two ice packs that are made to fit into each side of the case. The case itself is made with leather on the outside, and it has a sturdy rigid feel. It has an external temperature display with a sensor that you place next to the item that you wish to monitor the temperature for. Then those items are placed into an internal insulated pouch that sits in between the two ice packs within the two halves of the case. The design uses layers, and it works really well to keep my items below 60 degrees while in my hot truck all workday long! If there are any downsides, I question how well the digital temperature display will stay mounted in the rigid case over time, especially with the repeated opening and closing of normal use, but otherwise this has turned out to be much better than I thought it would be!

Have used this many times to transport my medication. Not one issue with airport security. Works great and kept my medication cold even on 5+ hour flights.

Holds 3-4 Mounjaro pens. Excellent quality and great value.
