Awesome chair! Awesome price!
Was looking for a nice looking and comfortable recliner chair for my dad who is undergoing cancer treatments to relax in. Being a single mom with limited income I was happy when I found this chair that looked nice and comfy but then as an added bonus also came with heat and massage options. I went with the fabric as my dad dislikes “leather” and hoped that I would be happy with the feel of it. The material feels soft and good quality. My dad likes that you can remove the arm covers and wash them if needed. It wasn’t hard to put together and I am thrilled with this chair. The look, the feel, the heat and massage are all so great especially at this price point. I like how there are accessible zippers hidden in the back of the chair to add more padding or remove the padding if necessary. The only complaint I have is when pulling the lever for the foot release, it doesn’t pop it up fully - just sort of releases it and I had to go under it from the sides with my feet to raise it up all the way. A bit disappointing as I don’t want my dad to have to do that if he’s feeling weak etc. but he didn’t seem to mind. He called me the very next day to thank me again and said after we left he turned on the massage and laid back to watch a movie and immediately fell asleep for 3 hrs and slept like a baby! He said it was very comfortable and he loves it which is all I was hoping for.

Good Value for money very comfortable
Good value for money, Very eas y to put together. Overall, it is a decent recliner. I do like the massage feature, works well. I am a larger person and the frame could be sturdier for my needs. The fabric is pleasant to the touch. The assembly is relatively easy if you read the directions. I am always intimidated by lots of hardware to figure out. There is only 2 types of hardware, the long screws and the support bars for the armrests. The rest of the recliner has already been preassembled. It also has a tall back for head and neck support. My only concern is that the foot rest is difficult to put down and secure, takes some leg strength. There is a pull cord located within the right part of the seat to extend the foot rest and also when recline, it goes back very far so completely horizontal. And, the swivel and rocking feature are nice for added mobility though it does make it less sturdy. Overall, not too shabby.

Ok at best
This chair has a lot of features for the price. But a lot of things bring it down. The reclining mechanism is awful. Its constantly jamming. If you want to recline you'll wrestle with it until it finally opens. If you want to put the legs back down, be prepared to slam this thing because if you don't use a ton of force this thing is never going back together. Its the worst recliner mechanism I've ever used by far. The sides are made of plastic that slide onto the frame. The sides always flex which feels flimsy. The fabric is nice and the cushioning is OK but it feels like a chair designed for small people. A person around 5'6 or so would probably love this chair but if you're any taller the headrest is going to probably land in a weird spot for you. The massage and heat functions are cool for this price. Cupholders are cool too. Shipping was slow but it's impressive what they fit into the box. Assembly is easy enough. The comfort is just OK. The foam is really stiff and if it were contoured more comfortably it wouldn't be much of an issue. Itll probably get more comfortable as the foam breaks in a bit. If you're on a budget and like gambling on online furniture it's probably OK. But I wouldn't buy this one again. Update: The seller reached out and offered a partial refund based on my review. I do stand by the issues with the chair, but the company didn't have to go out of their way the way they did in order to try to make things right.

Bells and whistles, comfy, but not so user friendly
This chair caused me heartache. I got it for my grandma, who is in her 90s, because her many years old comfortable recliner sadly passed on(or rather an entire right side came off after decades of being the most comfy chair we knew). The chair is comfy and looks nice. There is the massage options, the chair reclines, and has other nice features such as rocking and spinning around its leg. However, the controls are impossible for an elderly or disabled person. If you want the chair to recline, you got to pull a handle that's located on the right side between the sit and the handrest, and this requires effort for me(healthy-ish middle aged person) and is impossible for Grandma. If this was the only issue, I'd just say it's not ADA friendly. But then you got a chair that rocks and spins(both good features), but no accessable breaks? There may be breaks somewhere hidden in there, but I don't think using a recliner should be this complicated and I personally had a problem with the chair both rocking AND moving sideways while I got on to sit. The final blow for me, was that you have to apply pressure to bring the footrest down. So we went for a week where grandma needed people to help her with every aspect of usage(getting in, getting off, reclining) and I can only say to the seller, I'm sorry if I'm being extra mean. Keep in mind I could have just translated my grandma's opinion on this chair("this piece of...") and it still wouldn't cover the pain and suffering from having to hear it over and over again directed at you. I bought the damn chair because I care for Grandma and in her age, she deserves better. Yes it's my fault I'm on budget. But imagine it's your last few dollars on your paycheck and you spend it on your loved one and what you get in response is a stream of profanity. And the best part? We bought a different chair(grandma loves that one), but cannot get this one through the door without breaking it, soit can't even go to the storage. So now your chair is a family member, really. It's been named "that piece of... " Yet it's still better then I'm named for bringing this into her home. Please do better with your products going forward, as much as I want you to make your living, you are selling this product to real people with real problems and all we:re asking for here is functional product on a budget. Don't tell us we got to pass a health exam in order to use a recliner. Please do better.

Very comfy recliner
The recliner is great. I got it for our nursery and I love the heating and message feature. Only thing I would change is the placement for the recline lever. It would be nicer to me if it was on the outside instead of the inside of the arm but otherwise its a great chair and very comfy and pretty easy to assemble it took maybe a hour to put together.

Incredibly soft and comfortable
I recently purchased the Swivel Rocker Recliner Chair with Heat and Massage, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! This oversized recliner has completely transformed my living room into a cozy oasis. First off, the fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, making it a pleasure to sit in for extended periods. The grey color adds a modern touch that complements my décor perfectly. The 360-degree swivel feature is fantastic! It allows me to effortlessly turn and engage with family and friends without having to get up. The rocking motion is soothing, making it perfect for relaxation or even a quick nap. One of my favorite features is the built-in heat and massage functions. After a long day, there's nothing quite like sinking into this chair, enjoying a gentle massage while feeling the warmth. It’s like having a spa experience in the comfort of my home! The cup holders are a thoughtful addition, keeping my drinks within reach, and the USB port is super convenient for charging my devices while I unwind. Overall, this chair is an excellent investment for anyone looking to add comfort and style to their living space. I highly recommend the Swivel Rocker Recliner Chair to anyone seeking relaxation and functionality in one beautiful package!

Did we receive the correct model?
We appreciate the heat, massage, and rocking features, but several design issues make the chair unsuitable and potentially unsafe for its intended purpose. Although advertised as “oversized” and “spacious,” it feels quite small—likely comfortable only for someone 5'5" or under. When reclined, there’s a large gap between the backrest and seat that requires a pillow for support. The chair also will not stay reclined without continuous pressure against the backrest, as it snaps upright unexpectedly, and the footrest is very difficult to push down. This chair was purchased as a gift for a new mother, but these issues make it impractical—and unsafe—for someone holding a newborn. Given the mismatch between the description and the actual product, we are concerned we may not have received the correct model.
