Won’t stay in my ponytail
The hair is nice, and the color is perfect, but I can’t get this thing to stay in my hair for sh*t. It’s heavy, and slides out within 20 minutes. I can’t get it to stay tight and secure no matter how hard I try. If anyone has any tips on how to get this thing to stay, I would be very greatful. The hair itself is nice, it just frustrates me that I can’t get it to work.UPDATE:I figured out the secret to this thing! You have to band your hair once really tight, then band it again over the previous band and Secure the ponytail on to the second band so it won’t pull the elastic out of your hair. And if you want to wear it in a high ponytail you have to secure it from the underneath unstead of on top. I really enjoy using it now that I figured out how to keep it on!

The color matches PERFECTLY to my real hair. Granted...color matching on line can be difficult. But if you wear fake hair, the color description (and numbers of colors) is accurate. AND it clearly states you can return it as long as you don't remove it from the packaging, which is fine, because it's easy to see if it matches while it is still in it's packaging. It is soft, human hair, and does not smell. So far (after wearing it a couple of times) the hair is still nice and hasn't matted up. Getting the pony tail to stay took a couple of tries...but once I got it, it stayed all night with no problems.

Looks great but how to attach it and have it secured is a problem
This might have received 5 stars if there were instructions included onhow to attach the ponytail securely. The one clip does not seem sufficient and the long separate peice , I assume you wrap around the top but then what? The color matches my hair great and it looks very natural. Hopefully can wearafte I spent time at my hairdresser to learn what to do . It is also very long. goes to the middle of my back and I a 5'7"

The hair is super soft and it blends perfectly with my hair, the price point is perfect. Great concept. I love everything about it, except I haven't figured out how to keep it in place, it's slides off.I followed the directions, I'm trying to figure out what to do to keep the pony tail in place so I can finally start wearing it. If you have any ideas to help me out it would great.

Make sure you have a pro to help with first time use
Can’t figure out how to use it. Directions are not helpful. If would take to my hairdresser for help but color also lighter than pic so returning.

The hair itself is BEAUTIFUL but suppper hard to clip in on its own. Not as easy as the photo looks
