Excellent melitzanosalata
I sometimes try to do melitzanosalata from scratch at home but without smoked aubergine the result is never close to the real thing.This product is excellent - free from cheap oils and ready to be eaten as is - or add some garlic and Greek yoghurt for an extra twist. Now a regular item in my 'subscribe and save' list.
