Premium digital weighing scale
I’ve gone through a few different weighing scales over the years, and most of them ended up collecting dust because they were either unreliable or just felt cheap. That’s why I’m pleasantly surprised with this digital weighing scale—it’s easily the best one I’ve owned so far. Right out of the box, you can tell this scale is high quality. It has a sleek, modern design with a glass top that not only looks great but also feels solid and sturdy underfoot. The display is clear and bright, which makes it easy to read your weight without squinting or adjusting your posture. Setting it up was super simple—just take it out the box, turn it on, download the app, and connect it to your phone via Bluetooth. I was honestly shocked at how quick and easy the connectivity was. I didn’t have to mess with any complicated syncing steps; the app recognized the scale immediately, and I was ready to go in under five minutes. One of the best features is that it tracks your weight through the app. Every time I step on it, the data gets sent straight to my phone, so I can monitor my progress over time without having to write anything down. The app also gives you extra insights like BMI and body fat percentage, which is a nice bonus if you’re into fitness tracking or just want more info about your body stats. What really sold me, though, is how accurate and consistent the measurements are. With other scales I’ve used, I could step on them three times in a row and get three different results. But this one? No weird fluctuations. I tested it a few times in a row and got the same reading every time. That kind of consistency gives me confidence that the numbers I’m seeing are actually useful. For the price, I honestly think this scale is well worth it. You’re getting great functionality, premium design, and reliable performance—all in one device. It doesn’t feel like a cheap gadget you’ll replace in six months; it feels like something that’s built to last. If you’re in the market for a digital scale that’s smart, sleek, and easy to use, I’d absolutely call this a recommended purchase. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, maintain it, or just keep tabs on your health, this scale makes it simple and actually kind of fun.

Highly recommend this scale for tracking your health metrics with accuracy and convenience.
I’ve been using the Runstar Digital Bathroom Scale for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the most impressive smart scales I’ve tried. It goes far beyond just showing your weight—this thing tracks 28 different body measurements including body fat, BMI, muscle mass, visceral fat, and more. The 8-electrode technology seems to make a real difference in accuracy compared to standard 4-sensor scales I’ve used in the past. Setup was easy—I downloaded the app, connected via Bluetooth, and it synced quickly. I love that it supports FSA/HSA eligibility, which helped with the cost. One feature I didn’t expect to like as much as I do is the voice prompt function. It’s actually super helpful when I’m in a rush in the morning and don’t want to open the app immediately.

Way Smarter Than I Expected – Super Motivating!
I grabbed this smart scale mostly to track my weight, but I didn’t realize how cool and helpful it would be with all the extra info it gives you. It doesn’t just tell you your weight—it also shows your BMI, body fat %, muscle mass, and a bunch of other stats I didn’t even know a scale could track. Honestly, it makes me feel like I have my own little fitness coach at home. App Sync & Stats The app that connects with the scale is actually really easy to use. I just step on the scale, and it automatically syncs everything to my phone. I love seeing my progress over time with the graphs, especially when I’m trying to get back in shape. It tracks so many details beyond just weight, and seeing my BMI and body fat % drop even a little feels super rewarding. It definitely keeps me motivated. Design & Accuracy The scale itself looks really sleek and modern—fits right into my bathroom setup. It’s slim and doesn’t take up much space at all. I tested the weight a few times (stepping on and off), and it’s really consistent, so I trust the accuracy. Just make sure to use it on a flat, hard surface like tile or wood floor. Final Thoughts For the price, this smart scale seriously over-delivers. It’s easy to use, tracks way more than just weight, and helps keep me on track with my fitness goals. If you’re trying to get healthy or just want to know more about your body, this thing is a game-changer. 5/5 stars, no question!

Good scale, but does NOT accurately measure body fat
I've been using this scale for about 3 months now. I have lost about 5 lbs and improved my muscle mass (according to the scale). For me, having daily metrics on my body composition is a big help and I think they are "mostly correct." That said, this scale (and probably many like it) do not actually measure Body Fat. As I understand, it uses changes in electrical conductivity between the feet and hand sensors to "guess" your body composition. It uses your height, gender and probably age to help with the "guess." I did a simple experiment to show this: I weighed myself before breakfast (6:36am). Then again after a large cup of coffee (7:12), then again after another large coffee (8:12) and again after a 3rd coffee and yogurt (8:44). I expected my "water content" to go up since coffee is mostly water. But instead my Body Fat increased with each measurement. According to the scale, I gained over two pounds of Body Fat after drinking 3 large cups of coffee... I also weighed myself many times over a 2 day period. Hourly weight fluctuations are expected as we eat, drink ,use the bathroom and exercise. I would not expect large changes in Body Fat between measurements but that is exactly what I saw. All the other metrics (Bone mass, muscle mass, salt, etc) remained pretty constant. Net- net is this is an interesting and useful device. I think it does a good job measuring overall weight and muscle mass. I suspect from the above experiments, that it calculates Fat as Body Weight - Muscle Mass - Bone Mass. If you average measurements over days or weeks, then it's probably pretty close to your actual Body Fat. Just don't freakout if that 2nd cup of coffee causes you to gain a pound of fat!

Accurate, Easy to Use, and Pairs Great with the App
I’ve been really happy with this scale so far. It looks clean and modern, fits right into the bathroom, and gives way more than just your weight — body fat, muscle mass, BMI, and other useful info are all tracked through the app. Syncing with my phone was easy and it’s nice to see progress over time in one place. The voice prompt feature is a nice touch and makes it a little more interactive than your average scale. It’s also FSA/HSA eligible, which made it an even better buy. I might add a short video later showing how it works with the app and how quick it is to get readings. For now, I’d say if you’re looking for a scale that does more than just tell you your weight, this one is a great option.

A Game Changer for Health Tracking!
The accuracy of this scale is impressive, thanks to its 8-electrode system. I love how it provides 28 different measurements, including body fat percentage, BMI, muscle mass, and more. It gives me a complete picture of my health, which has been incredibly motivating on my fitness journey. The Bluetooth feature is a cherry on top! I can easily sync my data to my smartphone, allowing me to track my progress over time. The voice prompt is also a nice touch – it’s like having a personal trainer motivating me every step of the way, right from my bathroom! I appreciate that this scale is FSA and HSA eligible, making it an excellent investment in my health. The sleek design fits perfectly in my bathroom and adds a modern touch. If you're serious about tracking your health metrics accurately, I highly recommend the Runstar Scale. It has truly transformed the way I view my fitness journey!

Love it! Buy it!!
This scale is absolutely fantastic!! I haven't changed the batteries once, I use it every single day, it collects your data quickly, pairs automatically to my phone, and is sleek/easy to use. Most importantly: the data is ACCURATE. I've compared the numbers from this with a medical grade biometric scale (weight, body fat, muscle mass, water weight) and they match up! I love it! Bought this scale last year and came back to leave a review because I rely so heavily on them myself.

Very Erratic Readings day to day, got better, then STOPPED WORKING AT ALL!
I just want to have a body-composition scale that is even CLOSE to my ACTUAL stats. But I know that this type of scale is less accurate than professional readings, so I bought several scales to at least see if a couple were close enough to make me feel they are within the range of each other and, most importantly, that they are CONSISTENTLY reasonable in their OWN readings day to day. I really liked the Runstar app. It had the MOST readings, with several that the others did not have. BUT, from the VERY BEGINNING it was wildly inaccurate not only with the others, but with itself! I was going to return it the next week, but it started coming closer to the other scales, so I was hoping it just took a little time to adjust. However, one WEEK ago, I started getting ERROR messages on the scale, saying it could NOT read results - even after it was playing it's music and HAD read my weight. The first couple of days that happened, I tried 2-3x repeating, and DID get it to work (wiping the scale just to make sure). But today, I gave up. It has clearly stopped working. I really hope that Runstar can fix these problems because I am going to miss the EXTRA different readings from the app. But 3 of the body composition scales I bought have NOT had any problems so far, AND the readings are close, but enough difference that I just take the average of them and feel that is as close as I can get, so I'm happy with those.
