The best gf pancake mix! Love the flavor! My whole family gobbles this one up!

Way over priced!! 8 ounce bag only. Need egg, milk and oil to add to this mix. This little bag will only yield 2 small batches (each batch uses 3/4 cup of the mix). This is delicious, but only buy this if you're wanting to taste what it's like before purchasing a 4lb bag elsewhere.

For 4th of July weekend, my mom made these pancakes from a bulk size bag she got from Costco. Let me tell you, I have been FEANING for these mochi pancakes ever since. They’re light, fluffy, and slightly sweet from the rice flour. Super easy and quick to make and I would eat these for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I could 🙂‍↕️Bag arrived in one piece with an expiration date of 7/2026. My only qualm with this order is that it’s not super cost effective. Definitely purchase from Costco if you can find it. Unfortunately my local Costco doesn’t sell this item and like I said, feaning. So I took the leap and ordered these. So excited to cook them (and they’re gluten free!)

Super delicious and fast breakfast to make! Directions and ingredients are very simple and straightforward. Very chewy texture which is perfect for the mochi waffles! Wish they sold a bigger bag on here.

Good but expensive for just 8 oz. I’ll make it myself.

Makes great pancakes

Absolutely outstanding! While visiting Maui, we had our first ever mochi, coconut banana fosters of pancakes, and the fact that I got to bring those fluffy delicious pancakes back home with me was in an experience I cannot wait to live over and over and over again at home. Being gluten-free, you never get fluffy amazing pancakes so this was a huge win!Please note that the donuts on the same line are not gluten-free and contain wheat, which was disappointing and hard to return for a refund.
