I bought this so I could make the boxed stuff homemade for my lil one.Did the same thing, yay! I used 1 1/2 cups elbow pasta, 1/4 of cheese powder mixed with 3 tbs real butter, and 1/4 cup milk. Mix and serve.Goodbye Boxed chemicals! Can’t wait to try this more ways.

This taste nasty. I bought the yellow and white cheddar in hopes of making my own Mac and cheese for my 3 year old toddler. This was a waste of money. Even I do not like it. Even after adding cheddar cheese and salt it still taste nasty. Worst part is, I can't return the unopened pack.

We were looking for a replacement for the Anthony’s Goods version, which has been out of stock for over a year. I was optimistic based on the 4+ stars rating. But one bite of this last night and my daughter looked up at me with very sad eyes, and asked me to taste it. It tasted like dust, and also had a grainy texture. We tried adding salt, adding more dairy, but nothing improved the flavor. We threw away our pot of Mac and cheese, and I’ll be tossing this bag and hoping Anthony’s restocks at some point.

I am delighted that someone is making an organic cheese powder! However, I found this product to be nearly flavorless and ended up throwing most of it away. Sad face. I will keep looking.
