Needed a new washer same day . Bought this one and am delighted with it. Easy to use . Lots of settings plus a short quick wash which is very handy for towels and lightly soiled items. The machine does a very quality job! Well worth every penny.

Amazed at the speed - we ordered on Thursday, were told delivery would be on Saturday between 11 and 3, the driver rang at 11 and said he would be here in half an hour and was spot on. The driver agreed to leave the old machine on the drive and an hour later a truck stopped and asked if he could take it away, to which we agreed with alacrity. I had a bit of a struggle removing the transportation bolts, but a quick look at Utube showed me how to do it and the washer was in use on Sunday. My wife was delighted with the performance and this morning she did a big wash successfully also. A very smooth process and a delightful machine.

This will be the easiest washing machine you will use. A program that is so easy to use and understand even a child can operate it knowing what it does. A big drum and extremely quick wash from 14 min on half load and 28 min on full load and between this you can choose the progam type and timing. In the past the washing machine program was a nightmare and you would probably set it on one section all the time and if someone else wanted to use it they would find it difficult. However this one is so easy even a man ( not being sexist) and a child can set the program and know what the program does and means . Highly recommend it. This machine will definitely give you peace of mind

Very easy to use even for me, AAA+ which is very good for my carbon foot print and saves money on washing, comes with a 28 minute full wash cycle.

Really good machine. Lots of settings and can adjust timings on the programmes to reduce the time. Clothes come out really clean and machine is fairly quiet. Great value for money.

Super fast delivery, fabulous service from the delivery guys, and this washing machine is excellent value for money, easy, quick and efficient to use.

Purchased first machine in August 2020. Broke down 3 months later with smoke coming out of the machine. Turned out to be incorrect installation of the drum apparently. Waited weeks for repair only to eventually be told it couldn't be and we could have a replacement. Next one lasted 7 months before breaking down. Engineer told us the heater had gone and a new part would arrive in a week. 10 days later we finally got hold of the repair company to be told the part is no longer available (on a machine less than a year old) and our job had been closed. Beko did not bother to tell us and we are still waiting to hear what the resolution will be. Really unhappy with the machine and the poor service from Beko.
