Dangrill Rotisserie Ring and Motor for 57cm kettle barbeque
The item arrived quicker than expected in retail packaging box which had taken a few knocks but considering it had travelled from Germany had survived quite well and the contents were unharmed. The steel ring has a painted matt black finish and sits inside the rim of the kettle bbq and had three brackets to support it, it does however leave a small gap which may affect the way you can control temperatures. The top of the ring has a rolled edge to match that of the original bowl so the lid fits well. The motor sits on an adjustable bracket which has to be bolted to the ring as do the three brackets referred to previously so you will need 8mm and 10mm spanners and a cross head screwdriver. The motor is mains powered but fitted with an EU earthed plug so unless you have a suitable adapter you will need to change the plug. The spit rod is hexagonal in section and is in two sections which have to be screwed together and has a chromium plated finish as do the forks.Overall I'm happy with the item which I'm sure will do the job and taking account of the fairly cheap price, carriage from Germany was only £4.99.I've marked it down one point for the amount of assembly required and having to change the plug.

Brilliant VFM.
Excellent. Makes amazing chicken and schwarma/AlPastor.Only gripe is the cable is a bit short. But easily solved with an online connector. You’ll have to remove the plug anyhow as it arrives with a Euro plug. All in all, I can see little reason why the Weber one costs so much more!!
