I got this dress sort of last minute for an event. I ordered it on Oct 16th and received it Oct 29th. I emailed the seller my measurements and that I needed it sooner and they got it to me in record time. I got a response to my messages within a day. The dress itself is gorgeous. I was very hesitant at first (ball gowns on amazon, you never really know what you're gonna get) but this was wonderful. I did send my measurements and still felt the dress was pretty snug around the hips and a little loose around the bust, I also had to hem it quite a bit. Unfortunately there were other alterations that I needed to get done on it (shortening the torso, letting out the side seam around my hips/thighs) and because of the beading (which is beautiful) and the amount of just wonderful detail, it was too much to take on and I ran out of time. I ended up having to go with a different dress. HOWEVER I am still giving them 5 stars because the dress is amazing, the customer service was phenomenal, and if I had maybe sent them a measurement of my thigh width, torso length, and added an inch to my arm width, this dress would have immediately fit like a dream. My recommendation is that you 100% send your measurements and send more measurements than just what they ask (bust/waist/hips/biceps) but also what I said above (torso length, etc). I highly encourage people to give this gorgeous dress a shot. I'm hoping that I will have another event one day to wear this to once I finish all my alterations

I ordered this dress for my wedding and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!!!! Send your measurements!!! The dress is beautiful and does NOT look cheap at all. The material is really good quality. I gave it 4 stars because I went back and forth a several times with the seller regarding the shipping and I never got a straight answer each time. Also, the shoulder straps were a little too big so the dress would kinda ride up or bulge out from how big the straps were. Other than that, the dress was PERFECT!! No one believed me when I told them I ordered it from amazon!

Beautiful! Upon ordering I received an email from the seller to confirm the size I wanted with the option to send in my measurements for a custom dress, which I did. I did pay expedited shipping and it came very fast! Fits like a glove and is absolutely stunning!

The dress is stunning! Exactly like the photo, the material is gorgeous and it looks like it was an expensive dress! So very well made, the communication was excellent, I requested I train and I received exactly what I asked for. Great customer service. I will definitely order from here again!

Wow!!! Where can I start. My wedding is coming up in September and I had no clue where I would find my bridesmaids dresses. I came across this dress and fell madly in love with it. But I wasn’t sure if I would get the same exact design and fabric. But to my surprise, I took the risk and order the first dress to show it to my bridesmaids so that they would know that it’s safe. The dress came and it’s extremely gorgeous, very high quality, very affordable. I would recommend this vendor to anyone. .

This dress is horrible no no amount of alterations would help this horribly made... I will never buy anything from this company. I can’t submit properly cause there isn’t a no star option

Communication with the supplier was excellent...my dress was custom made but just a little to big because of maybe my measurement...however, it arrived on time an was well worth the price...i will dwfinately iae thia supplier again ...
