Was fun and was helping me meet my fitness goals. Reason for low rating is two out six wheels on the weight broke off after less than 2 months. Now hoop is unusable. UPDATE: Seller contacted me and had a replacement part sent so I can continue using my hoop. They originally offered me a whole new hoop but I told them that that wasn't necessary, all I needed was the replacement piece

Did what it needed to for a while, got louder over time and kinda squeeky, a magnet fell out that secured one of the latches. It still works I just have to be a little more gentle with it and ignore the sounds 😅

I got this about a week or so ago. I am not up to doing it every day, let alone every day for 30 minutes! LOL However, I am having fun with it. It took a couple sessions and watching video of others using it to keep the ball flying! I kept wanting to circle my hips like an old school hula hoop. I finally found a rocking movement that works for me. Don't give up!! I have fibromyalgia, chronic pain, chronic tigue and degenerative disc disease. Yes, a hot mess. An older (63) hot mess. I have surprised myself and just laugh when I can't kepp the ball rotating more than a minute. I am also obese and exercise is really difficult for me. If my back starts hurting during use I do stop. My goal is to build up core strength and endurance. Its a decent cardio workout for me also. I am moving slow and steady. If I also loose weight, that would be awesome. I can definitely see how one can lose weight. The longer you are able to keep the weighted ball moving around your waist, you are bound to lose weight. Music definitely helps. I highly recommend giving this hoop a try. It has me moving which is a huge improvement from where I was a few weeks ago. Its also a lot of fun! Buy the hoop!

I used this rpoduct but didnt feel anything soar the naxt day. So to me i dont think its worth it. It was fun the first 5 min. After that, it was verry long to finish a 30 min trainning
