Ich hatte bei dem Preis viel erwartet, und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Geschmack ist ausgewogen und gleichzeitig komplex, es schmeckt anders als das meiste Salz das ich kenne, vor allem besser. Das französische Fleur de Sel der Camargue aus dem nächstgelegenen Supermarkt kommt nicht dagegen an. Manchmal nasche ich sogar gedankenlos davon - das ist mir bisher nicht passiert.

I love using this as a finisher and while I'm cooking. A very sharp crisp salt taste. On the dry side didn't have to worry about moisture.

Simply the best salt in the world! Tested for heavy metals with results as low as I’ve seen on the market. Can’t recommend this brand enough!
