Soft, squidgy and great for post hand surgery physio.
Bought for after hand surgery and they served their purpose with no problems. I started with the softest and worked up to the firmest and had no problem with them apart from you have to work out for yourself which is which and it's not as easy to tell as you might imagine. But after a little testing I figured it out and as I said, they did what I needed them for and exercised my hand after surgery to recover my grip and strength.

Smaller than expected
I’ve been using these stress balls to help with my exercises for my frozen shoulder, they give good tension and are easy to grip. I’ve just only started on the lower one and notice the difference when I’m not using them.Luckily,I don’t have big hands, otherwise they would be too small and would be no good for the tension.I think these are aimed more for children and people like myself with small hands. Hence why the 4 stars. All in all a good product.

Helpfully graded soft to firm
Just what I needed to strengthen my hands after treatment for trigger finger

Good product but might not be suitable for early rehab or very weak hands
I might not be a typical reviewer because I bought the product to help with my physio and rehab after a radial head replacement (elbow surgery/replacement) and losing nearly all function in my dominant hand. They arrived quickly and they are as described. They fit ok in the hand but they are on the larger end (I have small hands and the right doesn't open fully though). I think they will be useful further along my rehab journey but even the softest egg is too hard for me to squeeze with my bad hand at the moment and I can't rotate my arm to squeeze it on a table yet.

Perfect for what I needed
These helped me to recover from a broken wrist. They helped to build the strength back into my grip and reduce the pain over time. A good stress reliever too!

Soft but strong
Soft to touch, unlike most other grip strengtheners that are available which was essential for sensitive scar tissue following a recent finger injury. These strong eggs have helped my rehabilitation and I have got my strength back in my hand.

Smaller than expected - but does the job well
I bought these balls as they were recommended by my sister for physio after I broke my dominant wrist. They are smaller than I was expecting, but do the job well. I bought them for rehab - but they are quite addictive to use - so I am now using them for both hands, and I can imagine they would work well too for stress relief. One note: the product information on amazon from the manufacturer has pictures of different exercises - whereas there was no instructions in the pack when it arrived.

Would buy again
I brought these to use for exercise following a fracture (exercises prescribed by a qualified therapist) The balls are nicely package in a small bag which makes transportation easy. They have three different levels of firmness. I am squeezing the softest one but hope to work up to the firm one. The balls fit nicely my hand my husband who has large hands has held the balls and feels they would be perfectly adequate for both stress relief and exercise. One word of caution my dog is very interested in these balls and as they are not a toy keep balls out of reach of pets.
