Q: What's the ratio of garlic to salt?

I think it’s 50/50. One doesn’t need much for robust flavor. Just a pinch or two.

Q: How come this can’t be shipped to California?

I live in California and received it.

Q: For the infused salts like ghost chili and habanero, is it ok to use in a salt cellar? Or will that ruin the freshness, flavor, and potency?

Hello! Keeping the salt in a sealed container or closed cellar will keep the infusions most fresh, however, if you are actively using the Habanero or Ghost Chili Salt they are not going to lose a lot of flavor in a cellar. We'd recommend not having those infused salts sit out in a cellar for more than a few weeks unused.
