Looks good works well. Easy delivery. Customers appreciate the comfort. Deliver was easy. One thing* we did have to bolt it to the floor as is will tip if the client sits to far forward getting in and out. Also an ottoman for a shorter client is helpful. The bowl adjusts easily to almost every size client.

PROS:Comes in on time, in a big box, securely packaged - good seller!Seating cushion is medium softness, and both - cushion and handles provide nice support for customers;Folks taller than 6' will need to slide a bit to find comfy position, smaller customers are good;Material feels very good to the touch, stitching adds luxury feel;Bowl tilts nicely, deep enough and properly sized;Plumbing has good quality - comes with quality hoses, o-rings;CONS:Mine came in without shower head/hose, had to order - but what they sent is a cheap rubber hose and plastic head. You're going to need to order a nice metal head with long extension hose, can be found easily;Unstable out of the box, will need to get creative with securing it to the floor. Once secured, it is very stable.Black bowl requires more cleaning. Wish we could mix&match, get black chair with white bowl.

I absolutely LOVE these shampoo/ chairs. They are absolutely wonderful! My Stylist & clients love the comfort & ease to use. Chairs are beautiful, sinks are durable(porcelain), & very sturdy! Came in 1 unit, just had to install the shampoo bowls. LOVE!

Beautiful unit..but how do I keep from lifting off the floor

Love it! Comfortable! Tilts back! Comes with everything! Love it!! Purchased the foot stool too and its perfect! But you have to make your own holes for the hot and cold lines.
