Love this dress! I wore it with friends to a Pride and Prejudice tea party event and it was so comfortable and held out great! Worth the price. I am 5'7 and 155 lbs and the medium fit me perfect. I bought the green. It came with a ribbon sash and has loops that hold it up. I am bustier so I appreciate it fits my specific body proportions. The gloves that come with it are so soft and comfy also. I used a steamer to get the wrinkles out and it worked no problem. I wore a slip since in the sun it was a little see through. But honestly not much. It probably wouldn't be a problem since it does have a slip but I did not risk it. Recommend!!!

I bought this dress to wear to my first-ever Jane Austen Ball that my exchange student’s teacher puts on annually. I’m going to use this dress for every costume and future Regency inspired event for the rest of my life! First off, this dress is insanely comfortable. It fits true to size and is cut in such a way that nothing pinches, pulls, or feels uncomfortable in any way whatsoever. I was in bliss all night and was able to dance freely the whole time. The dress made me feel graceful, too! There’s nothing like a flowing skirt to make a woman feel like she’s floating past her fellow dancers. Thankfully, it didn’t drag on the ground, so it was the perfect combination of flow and usability/safety. I got TONS of compliments! The fabric is high quality and simply pretty. Of course it’s not 100% legit as though it had been made in the Regency era (it has elastic and a zipper, for example), but I’d rather have the modern conveniences and get dressed easily. Still, it’s not “costumey”—it’s a real dress! Can we please bring back Regency dresses? To the manufacturer: well done!

This gown is fairly light-weight, but not sheer at all -- it has a layer underneath. It fit well - I normally wear a medium, but got a small based on the size chart, and it fit fine. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs. It has a zipper and was easy to get on and off. The coloring/pattern is sweet and true to the picture on the website. It was very comfortable, as were the gloves. Definitely good value.

The dress is really pretty and seems decently made. My issue that the dress I received was very clearly worn, returned, then forwarded on to me. The second I took it out of the bag, I smelled the awful perfume it was drenched in, then I found the lipstick stain on the glove. Unfortunately I don’t have time to return and get another before my event, but the smell is overwhelming. Hopefully my own perfume can cover it up…

This was exactly what I was looking for, it had a nice liner and fabric was good quality. I'm a 38DD, and this fit in the chest. I'm 5'9" and the length was perfect, size XL. I added my own, larger ribbon for a better accessory, but this looked great. The gloves were a nice touch and the dress held up well for my party, definitely better than costume quality.

I wore this dress for a Bridgerton style tea party. I changed out the ribbon to a darker green to match the one in my hair, but the olive one that comes with it is still lovely. The dress is very well made, muslin cotton, lined to the knee area. I am a size 16 normally, 183lbs, 5’1’ and I carry weight in my stomach and butt. It was a bit long for me. I will probably have it hemmed before wearing again. I did tea dye the gloves that come with it as they are very bright white. I debated between this one and a cheaper made (but $23) polyester one, and I’m glad I made this choice.

Just as shown in the picture!!! I got this as a birthday present and it fit absolutely perfectly and I could not have been happier with it. It's so flattering and the material was perfect! I steamed it after it came and it looked amazing! I did a Jane Austen photoshoot the day it arrived and the pictures came out so well! So happy with this!! (The gloves and ribbon were pretty cheap so I didn't use them very much but the dress makes it all worth it :)) )

Many compliments, nice material for an Amazon purchase. Size runs smaller, recommend sizing up a one or two size depending on the fit you prefer.
