This is hands down the best office chair I’ve ever had. At first I was going to just bite the bullet and go for one of the hundreds of gaming chairs that are out there, most with iffy reviews and none really standing out as being high quality, but I’m so glad I didn’t and found this chair instead. It’s so luxurious and incredibly comfortable for the price it is. I got the Mesh Dark Blue color and it’s so regal and fancy looking, I’ve got many compliments on it. The white outline really makes it pop and makes it really unique. It’s definitely a big, sturdy chair compared to most but I like putting my feet/legs up in chairs so I really like that it’s a bit oversized for me (5’5) so I can sit in many positions. It’s also a very heavy chair to move but still easy to roll. Like other people have said, when sitting down it feels more like a super comfy recliner than an office chair, so I actually look forward to going to work just to be able to sit in my comfy chair! The arm rests are pretty adjustable and very well padded. My last chair (in the background of the attached pictures) had very hard, flat arm rests that made my elbows hurt everyday from leaning on them, and now they never hurt with how squishy these are! This chair doesn’t have an actual head rest, however, just lean back a couple inches and you’re in the danger zone of falling asleep because it’s so comfy. The back padding of the chair doesn’t look like it would be very soft because of the mesh, but just barely poking a single finger into it makes it squish, so it’s really comfortable. The embossed pattern on the back also adds to the luxuriousness of the chair, even if it does make me think of a toilet paper pattern. I included a picture of the back of the chair since not many other reviews did. I love the foot rest. After looking through (literally) hundreds of other office chairs with foot rests, I found this one was pretty unique. First, it’s a mesh material to match the chair so there won’t be any peeling ‘leather’ after years of use. Second, the bars seem very sturdy and I feel like I could put a good amount of weight on it and it wouldn’t break. Third, there’s a small, U-shaped indent on the end that I wasn’t really sure why it was designed that way, but after putting my feet up, I realized that my calf/ankle fits perfectly in that little area so maybe it’s to not cut off circulation? Whatever the reason, it’s super comfortable! I did request the extra wheels and shorter hydraulic lift right after purchasing the chair and customer service responded very quickly and they got both things and my chair to arrive at the same time so that was nice. I put on both longer and then shorter hydration lifts and only noticed a few inches difference, as is advertised. I wish the shorter one could be even shorter though since I’m not a very tall person, so as of now I have the chair down as far as it will go. I tried out the rubber wheels at home first on tile and they didn’t move around too precisely (would have to make a wide turn to make a circle) so I decided to keep the original plastic wheels on so it would move easier on a plastic chair mat at work, but it was very nice they gave them away at no extra charge. The Pros - Everything above The Cons - This chair is very easy to fall asleep in due to how comfy and cozy it is. Hopefully I don’t get fired for all the dozing I do now since making this purchase but I’m sure glad I did. If you’ve been looking endlessly through pages and pages of chairs after chairs after chairs and are hellbent on finding that perfect, comfy chair with a foot rest and want the search to finally end so you can go back to enjoying your life, the search ends here because this is the chair you’ve been looking for. So stop and just buy it!!!!!!

One of the most comfortable chairs I ever sat on. I used to go through chairs every few years due to the leather ripping and getting worn or broken pistons as I like to rock my chair. I really wanted to find a good comfy non-leather office chair which was hard to come by. I was browsing Amazon bestselling office chair and found this beauty. It met all my requirement of mesh, recliner and oversize fit where I can lounge in it. Installation was straight forward. it took about 30 minutes and the fit and finish was top notch once completed. Chair felt very comfy and supportive while using it daily for 8 hours plus. I am able to recline and lounge if I just want to sit back and chill. I am very satisfied with my purchase as the chair felt solid and robust well worth the premium price. Customer service was great when I reached out to them for shorter piston which allow me to sit lower and smoother gliding wheel. I hope this chair will last compare to my previous chair. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with this EXCEBET Big and Tall Gaming Chair! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell it was built with quality in mind. The heavy-duty frame feels extremely sturdy and supportive, and as someone who needs a chair that can handle extra weight, the 400lb capacity gives me peace of mind. The ergonomic design is a game changer — the pocket spring lumbar support and high back provide amazing comfort during long hours at my desk, and I can already feel the difference in my back compared to my old chair. The 3D saddle-shaped cushion is firm yet comfortable, keeping me supported without feeling stiff. Customer service was great when I reached out to them for a shorter gas cylinder, which allows me to sit lower, and a set of smoother gliding wheels.

Sturdy, comfy, great fabric and excelent lumbar support. However, I do have several complaints about the chair. It does not lean back that far and the head rest is pretty much useless.

I've been trying to find a chair since christmas 24.. the first chair.. an ergonomic chair.. terrible.. the second chair.. overpriced massage/heating nonesense (barely did anything).. this chair.. JUST RIGHT!!! Comfortable, perfect foot rest for me at 5'9 3/4 .. wide enough that I don't feel squished inbetween the hand rests. (240lbs) Easy assembly and very adjustable.. comfortable cushing.. the mesh is a little rough on the skin but I've had a leather chair before and they pill after years (I'm talking 10+years) and I read that mesh is more long lasting. Sturdy.. great for cozy gaming on the PC with a controller.. hard for locking into competitive gaming but I'm over that scene anyways. I definitely would recommend this chair.. My only complaint is no neck rest or lackthere of. Also, I would get a different color than the beige, kinda look oxidized on the trim.. almost yellowish? I would get grey or a darker color. But I'm not gonna refund just to change the color.. it isn't that bad. lol

I read the reviews on this chair and was unsure if would be worth the amount of money. I have constant back pain and it is very difficult to sit for me to find a chair that would alleviate some of my pain. This chair did that and more. It was worth every penny I spent on it. The seat is wide enough to sit Criss cross. It comes with instruction to set it up. I provides the support that I need for my back and is extremely comfortable and cushioned. I love the details on the chair and the fact it elevates the look of the chair. The chair itself makes not noise that is noticeable. The tilt and rocking part of the chair are also a nice bonus.

This chair was great. Key word: WAS. I am 5'10'' and 200 lbs. I like to buy big and tall chairs due to the extra support and the size. All of my friends swear by Secret Labs chairs, but I didn't want to spend that much money. That, and the chairs feel a bit stiff. So I opted to buy this chair. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. I sat down and was sold instantly. Prior to this review, the only complaint I had was that the back didn't lean as much as I currently like, but it was no big deal. The foot rest was sturdier than I anticipated, and I ended up using it more than I though. Fast forward to today. The lock that keeps the back upright no longer works. Any pressure on the back causes it to recline, but not all the way. It is as if the lock is off, but with a little more resistance. Needless to say: this doesn't work well. The fun part is that I only bought this chair 5 MONTHS AGO. Now, I'm not a big guy. When I push back from my desk, a little pressure against the back happens, but nothing outrageous. I'm not really rough on my computer chairs, but I do spend a lot of time in them. I flipped the chair over and when I pull the handle, nothing happens underneath. I might be missing it happening, but it's also not working. I am obviously past the return date, and the troubleshooting doesn't help (tighten screw with a screwdriver, buy new parts), so I decided to go to the company’s website. No luck. The closest thing to a website that is very lackluster, made poorly with a free theme and with filled with errors (the main page markets their new executive chair for $7), but missing a very important thing: a way to CONTACT THEM. There are links for social media (facebook, X, Youtube) but none of them work. Clicking a link sends you back to the top of the page. ALL of their links do this. The only one that doesn't is the BUY NOW link that takes you to this Amazon Listing. I now have to look for a new chair. It’s a shame since I spent so much on it such a short time ago. My chair before this one was one of those cheap gaming chairs from Office Depot, and it lasted for almost 5 years before I had to replace it. Don’t buy this chair. You might just be spending that money again. I hope the company jumps in here to assist me. While the chair might look decent, and they try to talk about how durable it is, it is one of the worst chairs that I have ever purchased.

Seat works well and is comfortable however it’s a complete eyesore bc it doesn’t look anything like the color advertised I purchased, it was supposed to be beige, it came in a color between UTI yellow and snot green, it’s hideous and way too heavy to return. But as of its function it is a comfortable chair, however the foot elevation isn’t very trustworthy, considering the two support hinges that hold it up are flimsy looking and struggle under the pressure. It seems like that bit will snap one day and be unusable. I put a picture to show how not beige it is but I swear it looks even worse in person.
