Like others I was a little concerned at some of the reviews about this bike, well let me say you shouldn't be worried. I personally think this bike is incredible. Not only was the packaging brilliant, ensuring every part was protected but the box was nice and strong too. All the items were there including a full tool kit and even a pair of gloves! Easy instructions and a Youtube video to help if needed. I found it all quite straight forward to build. It is only the handle bar, seat, front wheel and peddles to add. Sounds a lot but its all super easy. The finished result is worth every penny. This is by far better than any other 12" bike I have looked at, including those in Smiths Toys, Halfords and other bike shops. For a start this has 2 brakes which take minimal effort to work extremely well which is critical when the rider is so young, even comes with a drinks bottle. Fully adjustable handlebars both up and down but can also be pulled forward or back to get the best riding position. Seat is fully adjustable and all the reflectors are mounted elsewhere which means the saddle can go really low., comes with a nice bell too. The design of the seat incorporates a handle which is a lovely touch and very useful. Easy to fit /remove stabilisers plus a great solid build makes this well worth the money! Top that with brilliant looks and its perfect!

fantastic first bike for my daughter. it so well made and designed . lovely colours. easy to assemble. nice little extras like drinks bottle and stickers so she could put her name on it. very happy we purchased this lovely bike.

Not working properly.Breaks very easily I bought for my daughter and everything on the bike constantly gets loose. The rear tire was deformed and I would not recommend purchasing this I would also like to mention how I have asked for a full refund with insurance policy wich we payed for but I am only being give money back for the bike

What a little cracker this bike is bought for my 3 yr old grandson. Easy to put together done in 15 minutes. So sturdy and robust. Fantastic value for money, looks much more expensive than cost beautifully painted with fantastic detail. My Grandson loves it. We are particularly impressed with safety features of the bike.
