Tasty and easy peri peri chicken!
I use the Maggi Air Fryer Peri Peri mix to make delicious peri peri chicken. I lightly coat the chicken with egg first so the mix sticks better, then pop it in the air fryer. Comes out tasty every time, will buy many more!

It's not as spicy as you'd expect for piri purity but has a lovely flavour and works great on chicken and sweet potatoes
