As a left handed person, it's hard to find a pen that doesn't smudge while writing and dries quickly.I write in my free time and also do a lot of writing for work so I'm always looking for good pens.The price of these pens is very fair for the 5 pens you get and the quality of the ink.Ink flow is nice, flows smoothly, no skipping and as I mentioned before, no smudging.The color variety is interesting, just slightly different but I like that.The only thing I don't love about the pens is how light weight they feel. The weight of the pens makes them feel kind of cheap but the ink makes up for that.I would definitely purchase these again.

I love Pentel’s EnerGel pens, so when I saw these pens advertised on the Pentel website, I knew I had to have them. These are great pens HOWEVER, the Kuro pens are not the same style as the Pearl RTX, Pearl Retractable, and Deluxe RTX that I normally purchase. These are more like a "stick" pen. What I love about them: They write smoothly and clearly. This pack has five different "shades of black." The ink dries quickly. As noted, the pen barrel is not as thick as the Pearl/Deluxe style. (For me, I prefer the thicker barrel, but it's an individual preference). Probably would order more of the Pearl/Deluxe vs. this set, but I'm glad I gave it a try.

As a fan of EnerGel pens, I’m glad I stumbled upon this Kuro line. In true EnerGel fashion, the pens effortlessly glide across the paper. They feel even more luxe with “fancy” paper. The colors are subtle yet bold, the quality ink flows without skips, and the body of the pen fits my hand perfectly. A move up from Pentel gel pen.....smooth and clear

I love these! They are super smooth and have not smeared. I love these colors- hard to explain “different shades of black” but these are perfect!!

Love these pens. This brand is my go to for pens and this particular style is fabulous! They write super smooth and they last a long time! I love the colors they come in and I Will definitely buy again.

I love these pens. They write smoothly, no skipping, and no smearing. I like how I can highlight something without it ending up being a blurr of ink and highlighter. Like others have said, the colors are very subtle and hard to see the difference between them, except the crimson one that sticks out more as being a different color. It kind of looks like brown. They do bleed a bit though, if you pause for a couple seconds you will see a nice dot on the other side. I have yet to see a gel pen that doesn't do this though so I didn't take a star off for it.**Update: So I ended up taking 2 stars off because these don't last very long. Its been about 5 weeks and I'm already on my 3rd pen. This is writing a few pages of notes almost everyday. Other pens I had lasted longer.
