Started having a problem in my arches and something like this was recommended. I use the small one with the little nubs on it to roll in my arch. Just the right amount of pressure without causing pain. Nice size for my foot and to keep next to the chair I sit in while on my laptop. Seems of good quality.

I was surprised by the quality of this product, especially since it is so cheap. I have to say thank you for selling this product. The texture is amazing, the ball sticks to the fascia, which made the relaxation even better. I definitely recommend this product.

I can target just about any sore spot with this set. They are all a super hard rubber/foam something, except for the smooth, round ball, which is a super hard rubber. Really impressed with the variety for this price!

It would be great if one of these things could be mounted to the wall. You kind of have to put them in a sock in order to use them against the wall. Other than that it's great

I like the variety of sizes and rubber texture. I could pick and choose and find my favorites. Sometimes I’ll alternate between them.

This is a good selection of massage balls. The 2 smaller balls are very similar though and I would prefer to have a smaller option instead of the 2 that are so similar. I mostly use the small light pink one, sometimes the double ball as it's good for the outer feet and sometimes the teal triangle one. The other thing is that they all seem to have the same firmness, so if your looking for different firmness you may want a different product.
