For $40 this is the best trainer ive ever felt. Its pretty much on par with with more expensive balisongs. To me it’s probably on par and possibly better than the steel Kershaw Lucha. The Canyon is lighter and more nimble feeling. It doesnt bash your knuckles like a heavier steel balisong (especially ones on bearings). It feels really nice because of the chamfering and speed channels. Its slightly thinner than I imagined but in a good way. They really got the balance and feel down. Best stainless steel balisong ive tried.Tolerances out of the box were very good. No tap and little play. Id consider the tolerances amazing for $40 and very good for any price point.Comes with a cool box and extra hardware, lube, blue threadlocker, and even the torx bit. Very very nice attention to detail. If you are looking for a beater balisong to practice and you dont want to spend a ton of money or waste money on cheap crap buy this immediately. You will 100% not regret this. Ive had tons of balisongs hundreds of dollars more expensive and this $40 trainer is imo incredible for the price.

Great weight balance, great finish, great hardware, unboxing experience is very good.
great $40 balisong, for anyone wanting to get started i would highly recommend this as a first balisong as the weight is perfect at 4.3oz and length is perfect and the acidwash finish keeps the grip but also makes it look sick. 10/10 would buy again.

Even better than expected!!
I researched & found so many positive reviews on YouTube & Google on the Nabalis balisongs. I decided on the Canyon to upgrade from the other practice trainers that took the joy out of learning to flip. The Canyon has a good weight to it and is very comfortable to maneuver. It's very durable and ready to flip right out of the box. Extremely satisfied with this purchase & appreciate the high quality!!Also, this Nabalis seller, "Toncentury" was super helpful and very fast to respond with any information. Excellent customer service!Don't hesitate on buying this. It is a great experience.

One to add to the collection
I have a dozen balis, This being the cheapest next to a Theone Falcon, all the way to an Alpha Beast. This is by far my favorite trainer I own to flip; I own 3 Glidrcos' and a Squid Industries Mako (the Mako and Glidr Bermuda being some of my favorites). I bought this because the skeletonized channel steel is a very interesting construction that I haven't seen before. Typically, steel is a poor choice for handle material because of the weight, my Kershaw Lucha is on Flytanium Aluminum handles for this exact reason... The Lucha is stock form flips like a school bus. Weight isn't an issue on the Canyon because they pretty much removed all of it, all sides are effectively speed channeled. What you get out of this is a very neutral flipping knife that carries momentum exceptionally well (ever so slight handle bias). Around the same time I impulse purchased a Flytanium Zenith (same price range $60), which flips the worst out of all of my trainers. It carries exactly zero momentum, feels closer to a Squiddy than a typical aluminum knife, love it's ring though... This thing Chaplin's well, does rolls like butter and I personally have no issues with grip on ladders. Fans nicely too.The exact reason I love this thing though, comes from the Zippy inserts I put in it. Amazon won't let me add a photo to show, buy I opted for the trainer blade over the false live for this reason. The Zippy inserts make this thing sound very close to a titanium knife when tuned and oiled. It's wicked, no bali this cheap has any right sounding this good. Will mention, it sounds horrific without the inserts, so definitely recommend at least the speed Channel inserts by Zippy. Channel steel needs to become more mainstream. The build quality isn't great, you can see obvious residual steel from casting but this doesn't bother me because of the price. I'd pay double for better quality and a polished (obviously it'll oxidized, not a realistic thing to manifacture) finish with a blade style similar to the Nabalis Hydra. It's my go to trainer, could absolutely not recommend it enough. Just don't drop it on something hard. I've seen quite a few posts online of these things breaking the cast handles. Quite an unusual issue for a steel knife, it's cheap for a reason.

Great beginner balisong
A little heavy but I like it. Came nicely tuned and not too stiff out of the box. Works great and is making learning new tricks super easy

Insanely good for the price!!!
I just started Bali flipping and so far I have loved it. I have always been a cheapskate and very hesitant to buy anything even relatively expensive, so I bought a couple cheap Balis, but they were pretty bad. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a relatively nice one for a higher price, and let me tell you that the difference is night and day!! The tolerances are amazing, it looks and sounds beautiful, and it flips so smoothly compared to everything else I’ve used so far. I love it!If you’re looking into Bali flipping as a hobby, don’t buy something cheap and ruin the experience. Buy this!!!

Awesome Bali
This is my first "real" bali and I was surprised. I'm used to the cheaper semi-nice amazon $30 ball bearing g10 balis. I do miss the snappy action of the bearing balis, but the bushings on this are so smooth and make it easier to handle and learn with. The weight distribution is perfect, and the sound is really nice. It doesn't make me want to throw all of my "cheap" bearing balis away, as some have said, but I will now use this 99% of the time and use the others only occasionally when I get the hankering for their super snappy action. I would give this 4.5 stars based on my limited experience, and just because I was expecting it to blow the others out of the water. I was also expecting a cool box but didn't get one :( just a standard little box with logo.
