Do not buy. Terrible product. Mine had pieces of skin , bone and chunks. Taste was terrible. I've been buying anchovy paste for years [very Italian] Roland is usually a good brand but this was hands down the worst which is strange because their anchovy fillets in the large 14 ounce can are great. Best buy if you cant use a 2 pound commercial pack. Just mush those guys up.
