Sony Walkman NWZ-S544 / NWZ-S545 Series Black Travel Size Folding Foldable Multimedia Stereo Speaker

This little device is great for th eprice I paid (under $10)! It is small, compact, and folds to a cube. The sound is quite good, and it can run on batteries as well as on USB power. The only reason I took off one star is because when you connect the sony walkman using it's headphone jack, the only way you can place the walkman in this device is upside-down.

How many times have you been somewhere and wish you could connect your mp3 player to a set of speakers. This is a nifty little unit and compact and can go anywhere with you. Sounds generated through the speakers are ok if you're on the move. The unit fits my needs, and I'm happy with it.

This has no protection for reverse polarity and destroyed itself the first time I plugged in the power supply. Be careful.

I was amazed by the great sound from such little speakers. Easy to use, portable & less than $8.00. The only bad things I can say is that the plug goes into the bottom of my player & I have to put the player upside down in it's holder-no problem & I wish it had come with an AC adapter, it does come with the AC-cable/plug though. I would recommend this little speaker-great for travel. I have 2 of them-one for my workshop, one for my bedroom.

You get what you pay for. Ten bucks bought me a little box with a little green light that comes on if I stick 4 AAA batteries in it, but nothing else. I tried it with Walkman, Kindle Fire, pretty much anything I had that I could plug into, and nada. Needed something compact to use at work to generate white noise, and this would have fit the bill, had it actually worked. Oh well. Ten bucks invested to remind myself: You get what you pay for.

Use it with my Walkman on trips. How they sell it for that low price w/ shipping included is beyond me. Would definitely purchase again.

only used it twice, totally broken piece of junk. Bought it because it was almost identical to one I had used for years. On a pension I can't afford to buy junk that doesn't work. I didn't expect perfection, just basically working would have been great. Now I have to find another one, but it won't be this brand. Can't say enough how disappointed I am. Turned on, nice pretty green light. just no sound. Wiggle switch you get approx. 3 seconds or less of sound, then it's quiet again.

Works just perfect! Sounds very much like a large speaker and the size is perfect in traveling. Would recommend this item to anyone.
