Hip Thrust Machine & Glute Bridge Exercise Machine, Hip Thrust Bench Booty Workout Box Platform for Home Gym Total Body Workout.

I recently purchased this hip thrust bench, and it has completely transformed my glute workouts! This bench is incredibly sturdy and a great height (I found a regular workout bench was too high), providing the perfect support for my hip thrusts. The padding is thick and comfortable, so I can focus on my form without any discomfort. The bench doesn’t move around during my exercises, which makes me feel secure even when I’m lifting heavier weights. I also appreciate that it’s compact and doesn’t take up too much space in my home gym. It’s such a great investment for anyone serious about their lower body workouts but don't want to invest a ton of money into a hip thrust machine.

I’m a trainer. I bought two of these after looking at reviews. Most of my clients are women, and I thought these would be better for hip thrusts. The reviews were right! All of my clients like them. I generally placed them against the wall or one of the concrete pillars in my gym and they work well. I also use them for many other exercises. They don’t take up much space.

This works but it is so lightweight that it must be stabilized against a wall or other solid structure to prevent sliding and tipping.Expensive for what it is.

The fake “leather” of this product is very crumpled and creased if it were crumpled and put under pressure (see pictures attached). It comes off with a zipper so it was probably put above this foam without any quality control. Also, as some reviewers pointed out, it is extremely unstable and can cause serious injury for any of the exercises it’s designed for.

I used one when I was in my class exercising. Came home and bought one so I could workout at home also. Perfect! Makes a lot of exercises easier.
