This product does what it says it will do. I appreciate the earthy notes and the actual steady level of caffeine throughout the whole day.

I have been using this for a few weeks once a day and I like it. The taste is nice, not clumpy and it helps with energy instead of a mid afternoon crash. The price is expensive and should be more affordable.

I've been drinking Mushroom Coffee for over 8 years now, and have tried almost everything out there, majority being terrible products jumping on the bandwagon. There have been only a couple brands that have become my favorite, Four Sigmatic being one and Lucid Mushroom Coffee being the other. There are 4 main things I look for when shopping for mushroom coffee. 1) Taste 2) Dosage 3) Quality 4) Value I saw this new Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee and chose to give it a try. As someone who is quite passionate about both my health and functional mushrooms, here are my thoughts… 1) TASTE: Taste of the arabica coffee is decent. It’s very mild, but better than most others. 2) DOSAGE: This part is extremely important, because if you’re going to incorporate functional mushrooms into your routine, you need to know how much of each mushroom you are putting in your body. From what I’ve learned, you want at least 500mg of one strain to see any benefits. Four Sigmatic only uses 2 mushrooms, Lion’s Mane and Chaga. They claim 1500mg of “adaptogens”, but the serving is only 1g of actual mushrooms. The rest is Rhodolia, Ashwagandha and Mucuna, which are herbs and those are very low doses. 3) QUALITY: Four Sigmatic uses 100% fruiting bodies, which is the purest form of mushroom extract, so it passes here. 4) VALUE: While the quality of the mushroom extract is good, there is a bit of smoke and mirrors in regard to the dosage of actual mushrooms which is just Lion’s Mane and Chaga. For $35, the value might not be there for me. Comparing this to my other favorite, Lucid Super Coffee, which has 2,000mg of mushrooms + 3,000mg of Nootropics (superfuel for your brain) which is around the same price, you are getting WAY more for what you’re paying for. Four sigmatic is still a decent product which will stay in my cabinet, but Lucid has won my heart at least for now. My best advice is to pay attention to the dosage and quality of mushrooms, and ALWAYS read the label!

Flavor profile could be a little more robust. Has a buttery finish like bullet coffee. I don’t mind it. Overall, good buy! I like it at the end of the day to carry me over. It’s not crazy caffeinated.

This has been my go-to morning brew since I gave up energy drinks. It tastes like real coffee yet it energizes without jitters and makes things clear and calm. I was in some pretty intensive flight training with about sixty “kids” in their late teens and early twenties, so at my age (in my 50’s), I felt like I needed a boost helping retain the information that was coming at me through a fire hose. Four Sigmatic’s mushroom coffee gave me the edge I needed to stay focused, motivated and most importantly, retain the knowledge I was receiving and be able to put it into practical application. It made me feel like a had my 20-year old brain again! For the money, it is a fantastic value, it’s easy to use, mixes quickly and has the right balance of smooth and strong coffee taste without anything artificial. It is always in my morning routine.
