Juki DDL-8700 Industrial Straight Stitch Sewing Machine

We've ordered this exact machine with the table and parts four times now. We own and operate an alterations shop and Juki is our preferred machine. It runs smoothly. Stitches are fabulous. Quiet machine. We work on gowns, first responder uniforms, military uniforms from all branches, sports jerseys and pants, jeans, etc. Name it and we rely on our Jukis to get the job done. The company selling this machine has helped us when there has been issues with a broken light. Replaced it with a quick ease. Company replies instantly to any questions. Very reliable.

Anyone considering buying this--its worth it. This machine arrived to me a few days early. All the parts arrived together and on time. Just remember, this does NOT come with instructions. I found videos online telling me how to assemble it, and after a whole day of assembling I got it done. It works great, I'm loving it. If you plan to buy this I recommend buying the warranty/safety package thing so if anything breaks you can get it replaced quickly and easily.

Please read before you buy! My wife has been a seamstress for over 20 years, and we've purchased many industrial machines during that time. We have always trusted the Juki brand and have never encountered any issues with their machines. We typically rely on reputable companies known for great customer service and support when purchasing industrial equipment. However, we decided to take a chance and buy our latest machine through this seller on Amazon, and it has been a complete nightmare. The machine arrived defective from the start. We attempted to get it to work by trying different needles and making various adjustments, but it only got worse, leading us to reach out to the seller. Unfortunately, their customer service is virtually non-existent. After many attempts to call them, I emailed them expecting a video call to resolve the issue, but the call never happened. I even sent videos and pictures, but ultimately, it led to a dead end. We didn’t consider the return timeframe, and now neither Amazon nor the seller takes responsibility for the defective machine. We had bad luck with this unit, which I believe was just a bad one from the batch. I guess you get what you pay for. Just be careful; it might be worth spending a little more money to buy this machine from a company that stands behind its products.

I ordered and only the table was delivered. The machine was lost in transit. I contacted the seller and they responded back quickly and sent out a new one. I received it within a week. Worth the wait. The table had a little bit of a dent on the side but it's barely noticeable. The seller sent an email recommending to look up videos on how to set it up and it definitely made the process easier. Very happy with my purchase.

It came without manual but there are videos on you tube help you install It was my first and it me a couple of hours The part of the drawer and the got scratched/broken

This machine is really good it took two days to setup

Table has ni screw hols. Side of the mashin missing same parts. Also no instructions at all. I believe sameone open box before. I left voice mall. Hope same sent me part.

Wife loves it and that matters.
