This milk that tastes so good creamy it out paces store bought fresh milk. Shelf stability is importantly to highlight. Now I don’t have to finish it all too fast to avoid spoilage.

Sometimes we go through a lot of milk; other times we're off it for a span of weeks. Lots of times, I'd plan something for dinner and then discover there wasn't milk or it had gone off. (And you know how unpleasant it is, to smell/taste milk and find that it's gone bad - or worse, not check, use it in a recipe and then have to throw all that food out.) I saw this and gave it a try. The taste and texture is indistinguishable from fresh milk. I'm never caught without, when a recipe needs some milk or I have the rare hankering for a bowl of cereal, and I haven't had the sour milk experience since we started using this.

We bought this for use during a transcontinental trip from East Cost to California. We had to bring these in during wintry nights for fear of freezing if left in the car overnight. But the 2% didn't at all feel like 2%. It felt much richer, almost like whole milk. The mile remained without getting spoiled for almost 4 months.

I bought this milk from Amazon to try because it was shelf stable and had12 essential nutrients. Problem is I don't like the taste. It taste like cooked milk to me. If you like the taste of Promised Land Dairy from Texas or Fairlife milk, then you definitely won't like the taste of Darigold Shelf Stable Whole Milk. Well at least I am getting 12 essential nutrients drinking this even though I don't like the taste, and won't be purchasing again.

I love this product. Excellent way to have quality milk without cluttering my fridge.

I've been getting these for several months now. Even though it costs more than milk I buy at the store, it saves me a ton of money from throwing away half-finished cartons of milk. My travel and other routines are unpredictable, so it's nice always having milk on hand without it going bad every time I turn around.That said, I wish they handled shipping better. My first few shipments would arrive scattered throughout the box because the plastic wrap failed. They seem to have fixed that, but now that it's summer the lid and bottom of my bottles have a bunch of curdling. The milk isn't sour or bad, it's still stable and usable. But it really grosses me out to have those chunks pouring into my cereal. I hope they find a way to upgrade the packaging to eliminate the curdling problem.
