Nagina International Nautical Handcrafted Wooden Ship Wheel - Home Wall Decor (30 Inches, Light Blue)

I use quite a few of these 24" Ships Wheels from various Amazon Vendors. I build these in to very nice awards with a Chelsea Ship Strike Clock mounted in the middle.This wheel i just received is by far the best quality Ships Wheel I have received. The finish is very nice, The spokes are very tight and glued in place (most others have been sloppy and loose). The very outside spoke handles need to be screwed in so some assemble required but extremely easy to accomplish. (this is a first).Even comes with the wall mounting hardware.Wheel was very protected in packaging.I would recommend this product.

Very well made. Mine didn't come with anything to hang it with so I was confused and thought that's just how it came. But reading comments and seeing pics/videos I see it was suppose too.

Excellent quality decorative helm.

At first glance, the wheel pieces looked nice but once I started to install the handles, I found that the ones that would tighten, had loose threads, and 2 of the handles were stripped. Finally, after a few days we noticed fine wood dust, settling from the wheel, and realized it arrived with wood beetles. We’ve tried to treat it but unsuccessfully so far. Originally was going to return, but the process is so tedious, and the original packaging disintegrated when opening, so there was really no way to comply with the requirements.

I bought this for my dad to hang on the front of his shed. He wouldn't hang it there because he said it was too nice and he was afraid the weather would ruin it. But he loved it and he hung it in his living room. Well made and very nice.

and not as pricey as other wheels. not 100% round but neither were they back in the 1800-centuary either.

No hook was installed to hang on wall. Hook was separate and I have to install it myself and when I did the wheel broke and I waste all my money.

While traveling out east, I saw one of these in a gift shop, promptly falling in want with it. Priced over $100, it seemed steep, but then I checked Amazon and realized for much less money, it didn’t need to become a member of our road trip.For an object that is ornamental, this ship wheel is built very solidly. Heavy wood and brass. It was shipped with the handles disconnected - so it requires minimal assembly to get on the wall. Mounting hardware was included. I found myself wondering - with 5 spokes, what is the correct orientation - spokes pointed at 6 and 12 o’clock, or at 9 and 3? Some mysteries are better left unsolved.In any event, I now have a nice object on the wall that is a pleasant reminder of our road trip, and that there is more than one way to buy, and hang a wheel.
