It gives you extra pumps but after drinks energy level decreases, you will feel irritated inside or β¦

It really works!
This is the first pre-workout that I have purchased which does not have a ton of stimulants. It certainly works just as advertised and causes great pumps. However, it takes a while to get used to the beta-alanine side effect - that buzzing, tingling feeling. You can certainly tell that it is working, because the tingling starts almost instantly. This supplement is very easy on the stomach - no bloat, gas, or queasy feelings. I must say that I like the pump feeling and it lasts through my entire workout (approximately 1:10 hours). I'm a believer and will purchase again.

Not as expected.
I was hoping for a pre that has a stimulant like caffeine but this just gave me the βitchβ factor all over which must be from the blood flow but no boost and my workout was βflatβ which sucked after trying to get a solid workout after working all day.
