This is a high quality curling iron. It was packed well. It is solid and sturdy. The iron itself has a fold down stand to better support it when it is set down on the counter. It has a digital read out so you can see what temperature it is set to and see the progress as it is heating up. It heats in just a couple of minutes.It came with 2 black metal ‘section & set’ clips. Using them was a game changer in getting good curl results. There also are 2 black stretchy hair bands.Surprisingly, it came with a glove. At first, I was like, why? But then…Ah. To protect your other hand while styling. Good idea. The large barrel size is great for big curls, but it is a bit intimidating maneuvering it considering how hot it is. The glove lends a bit more confidence.I would recommend this curling iron.

I received this very quickly and it was packaged well. When I took it out of the box, it was great to see the clips, glove and iron. The cord is a great length and I've had no trouble with the cord length. The strength of the clamp on the iron is great! I've seen various comments on this, but I have thin and fine hair and it holds just fine to curl - not slipping out at all. The curl, I have found stays in well - as well as any other curling iron I've owned over the decades. Overall - I believe this is a great iron and would recommend it.

I bought this hoping it would give volume and loose curls. Nope! All I got was hair that smelled burnt. For days. Even after showering my hair just smelled burnt. Not a great smell. I didn’t even get volume or curls of any kind from this iron. I was able to make very loose waves but they fell out almost immediately - and the burnt smell was overwhelming. I don’t know exactly why this iron caused such a nasty burnt smell … I have other irons that are as hot temp-wise as this one and none of them have ever made my hair smell burnt. I should have listened to the other reviews that said this happened to them.They were right. Don’t buy this iron. There’s something weird that burns your hair and it doesn’t even curl it well, even at high temps.

Product worked great and seemed to be of good quality but had a couple issues. #1. It's way too heavy to use one hand and keep control. As a result, I used my hand at the top where I should be able to touch but I couldn't which brings me to problem #2. The top was SO HOT it burned my fingers. The product came with a heat glove which was great but made everything more difficult since it didn't fit well and made gripping the hair difficult.Pros: did not pull my hair, did heat up quickly, and performed as expected. It feels like a good quality product.Overall, if the top of the iron could be fixed to not be so hot, I think it would have been much easier to use.

Great item for the price point. I love it secs to heat up and doesn't burn your helping hand. No snagging either

I just got this and tried it this morning. The curls didn't hold even after I left then pinned for a while. I got this larger curling iron because I didn't like how tight the curls were with my smaller size iron, but these curls can hardly be called curls at all. Idk if it's my hair or if larger curling irons just tend to curl this way, but I probably won't use it again.
