Great value for money and looks fantastic. However it's seriously heavy and only includes 3 tiny fixing screws that are not man enough to hold this weight into a plasterboard ceiling, be prepared to purchase additional fixing bolts to secure to ceiling

Beautiful, bright lights but the remote pairing does not work. The instructions are rubbish - see the instructions in photo. I will not recommend this product.

When I purchase this item I thought the light is not really bright but to be honest I ask many people and all of them said that these crystal lights from wherever I’m gonna buy these all have the similar type of light there’s gonna be a slight difference so that’s why I just kept with them I installed them already so I thought it should be fine and I’m very happy. I think I’m I’m alright with them. I wish if I have spotlights with them as well, but I don’t have a spotlight in my living room, but overall I just attached a picture that will really help you guys. It’s a daytime picture. You can have a look how much light it is and it looks nice to be honest. It looks nice and gives a nice look.

Bit fiddly to hang as quite heavy but 2 people on a ladder is not so easy but got there in the end and it looks lovely and bright

I bought three of these. For two of them I had to replace wire screws as they had become detached in transit. Otherwise electronics work fine. There is some damage or paint scuffs on the outside of two. Main issue is the fixings. Do not use the wall plugs or screws provided. They are not suitable to hold the weight in plasterboard. I used my own. The second fixing issue is the bolts that hang down from the frame and attach to the nuts holding the light fixture in place. These are loose and adjustable which makes it difficult to align and also the nuts can only tighten a certain amount so you cannot fit it snug to the ceiling unless you replace the bolts. The hanging screws should be fixed to the mounting frame.

This product is beautiful but does not live up to advertisement. The remote absolutely does not connect to the light plain and simple. Of course I didn't discover this until my husband had gone thru the complete install UGH!!!!

Overall satisfied after installation. But the manufacturer should really consider how to make the installation process very easy. 1. Single page instructions with no details had to google a lot to install correctly. 2. Attached connecting wire are too short & that makes it hard to hold while installing. 3. Four screws that attach the plate to chassis are not easy to screw when it’s fixed to ceiling. Difficult to align them & tight. I felt that the plate is also not very strong. 4. Crystals should have a hook to install rather than a ring. Hope they will work on these improvements to make it more easy to install.
