Life saver!
The only product that covers my greys and doesn't rub off on me or anything else! My only tip is that if your hair is really clean, this will not stick. It works best on second day+ hair. If your hair is freshly washed, hit your roots with some hairspray before you apply the color wow and you will not be disappointed!

Great way to maintain your roots between salon visits!
Okay if you have to get your roots done every four weeks like I do and you're not even making it four weeks before you have gray, this is the perfect product for you! I love it! It is easy to apply, long lasting, and does not make your hair feel grimy or icky like it does with the various crayons or paste-like products I have tried. It is also less damaging that buying a root touch up kit every two weeks. For $34.50 this may seem expensive but I feel it will last a minimum of 6 months. I also recommend going darker than your hair for better coverage. I got the dark brown and my hair is auburn brown. I also love that it has two ends on the brush so you can apply it more accurately. If your hair is super clean it doesn't stick as well so I give my roots a light spray of hairspray before applying.

The brush used to be thick...now flat think and bad quality
I use to love this product that I bought in ULTA before. This time I ordered it in Amazon since I was away from ULTA store. Big mistake..the brush was not the same quality that the one from ULTA. I not sure if the distributor send different qualities to different places but it make a huge difference applying the product with a good and thick brush than with a crappy and flat brush..you have to apply it at least three times instead of just once. LOOK AT THE PICTURE...THE ONE IN THE RIGHT IS MY OLD BRUSH 3 TIMES THICKER THAN THE ONE IN THE LEFT( THE ONE I ORDERED IM AMAZON) would be so sad the company downgrade the quality of the brush in order to save on the cost of the productos.

Works fairly well. Better than spray-on root cover.
I was a little hesitant to buy this because of the price, but ultimately I decided to give it a shot. I base a lot of my purchases on customer reviews & this product's reviews were pretty good. Customer photos helped me decide, too, so I included one of my own. I bought the blonde shade, which would normally be just fine, but I have some lower tones pulled in right now during the winter. I don't always read instructions first, but I did for this. Although it seems very straightforward, I probably would've used the larger end of the brush without even thinking about it. Use the smaller end first... just read the simple directions. I've tried a spray root touch-up which I bought for maybe $20+ at my hair salon, but the color looked weird & the texture was stiff. I'd recommend giving this a try.

Great for receding hairlines too!!
Wow!!! I LOVE this product. Once upon a time there was a girl who had beautiful, full, thick hair. Then one day it started falling out, and her hairline began to recede. What had once looked like a small widow's peak was becoming a full on receding hairline. You know, the kind men get. Who knew women can get them too?! This product is the knight in shining armor to my bald spots. I hate that I have to use it, and I'm hoping to be able to regrow some of my hair, but in the meantime, this covers it up flawlessly. The dark brown is a perfect match for my hair. It is easy to apply and stays on through my daily, sweaty workouts at the gym and doesn't smear. I only have to touch up a few spots every once in a while, and reapply after I shower.

Didn’t work for a blonde
Didn’t work on blonde hair with dark roots. I even bought the platinum blond color. Made my dark roots almost look gray. Then my scalp was caked with the powder and very noticeable.

Love this product!!! #kiimmyb
Love this product... I have dark hair that I color blonde. The sides always grow out so quickly and the gray shows. Wow really did the job for quick coverage! I will buy this product again. 👍🏻👍🏻😊

It works!
I am Indian and I colour my hair black, but within the month, I'll end up with a strip of white roots in the middle of my hair. Before, I used to use sprays but a friend told me about WOW. She uses it and said it was great for covering the white roots until my next colour. I had a look, but was worried because WOW is rather pricey, compared with other products. My friend buys the 'dark brown' for her black hair, so I did the same, but I did thinks 'should I buy the black?'. Anyway, the product arrived, and I tried the 'dark brown' straight away. I found the description of the product to be true: it covered the white root strip in the middle of my head (parting), it doesn't smudge onto pillows (but will be on your fingertips if you rub your fingers in it), dark brown was spot on for my black hair, and I'm confident that no-one will spot that I've used it because it looks so natural. The big question: would I recommend it? Absolutely. :)

Excellent coverage - just don’t assume it’s a substitute for dying your hair
Very good and lasting coverage, it stays on until the next time you wash your hair. It doesn’t stain my pillows but of course stains my fingers if I rub the covered area. People need to bear in mind this is NOT a substitute for dying your hair - it’s for roots only, and of course has a matt, powdery finish because it ultimately IS a compact powder. Which makes sense as it’s for the roots, try putting on a hair mascara or something similar and the roots will look greasy and sticky! Lastly, it may seem expensive but one item lasts me about one and a half years, so it really doesn’t break the bank.

What’s going on?!
I’m astonished by the poor reviews for this product! Not sure what they’re reviewing but I’ve been using this for years and it’s fantastic. Saves me a fortune in that I can delay recolouring for two weeks and people are always amazed when I tell them I have grey hair. It covers well, lasts between shampoos and doesn’t come off on my pillow. What are you all using?!

Wow
When I first got this product, I don’t think I applied it quite right and of course was disappointed. Having re tired, by taking smaller pieces and holding the hair close to the scalp I achieved better results. I feel the platinum box is a little misleading as I’m not sure how they achieve such bright highlights on such dark roots. I have spoken with WOW about this and await their response. However if you don’t expect miracles this is a very god product and I’m so pleased I have bought a second one! If you look at the pic, left side is without WOW the right is after I applied, it’s pretty good !

Medium brown and Light brown Wow
I am gradually going with lighter hair as I get greyer but I used to have nearly black hair and pretty visible roots at around 4 or 5 weeks. I bought Medium brown Wow having read about it somewhere and found it was very good at blurring the greys. Now my hair is a bit lighter, medium brown is a bit too dark, so I bought light brown. I haven't been as happy with the coverage from light brown but the grey isn't so noticeable anyway, so I shall persevere. I thought at £28.50 it was eye-wateringly expensive but actually I have found the compacts last really quite a long time and the blurring for several days and its non-invasive. I'm only using it in the last week or two before I re-dye. Certainly medium brown is very satisfactory.
