I know there is such a thing as the placebo effect, but this actually works. First I noticed I feel a bit calmer. Second, my breathing is easier, and I do not bruise as easily anymore. I am well over 75 yrs old and so I notice these things. I definitely sleep better, sometimes not getting up at all overnight. That is amazing all by itself. Lastly, my tinnitus is gone! Really gone. These are excellent results and I did not expect them at all. I thought I would just feel a bit better eventually. I have been using the mushrooms for about 5 weeks, and I am not going without them in the future. They really help. I take them 3X a day for 5 days and then none for 2 days.

Love the health benefits, I definitely notice a difference when I am not taking the Stamets7 powder. Mild scent and taste. Easy to use daily with simple instructions for recommended dosing.

Good quality and easy to add this to tea that I am steeping

It really does help me feel better and gives me a boost of energy to my day. I use it everyday in my energy drink, I take 2 tsp. For my Ehlers-Danlos symptoms and it works miracles. It can make me feel anywhere from 9-14% better which is huge for me and I cannot live without it. I now prefer my energy drink with my 1 tsp mixed in rather than it not because I like the taste. It’s kind of earthy, and it’s not that hard to mix in. I either mix it in a shaker bottle or closed lid bottle, or I use an electric frother to mix it up. I don’t find that there’s an aftertaste. I’ve been taking it for over 2 years straight and I definitely have seen the physical benefits overtime as well. My body feels less like a puppet on strings and more like I can feel my limbs connected to me (the ehlers danlos connective tissue issues). I religiously use this and probably always will.

As I approached my 60th birthday last year I decided it was time to make some lifestyle changes. I needed to shed extra mid-life poundage and supplement my immune system and brain health (post-menopause brain fog). I committed to eating a clean, nutrient-dense diet (all the time, not just some of the time) and this product was part of those changes. I verify all of my supplements in my SuppCo app to insure a high Trustscore. This scored at the top so I added it to my monthly auto-ship. I put ½ tsp in my morning coffee, which is also the vehicle for my grass-fed collagen powder and daily creatine. It adds an earthy flavor to my coffee, but is not off-putting and dissolves reasonable well--I use a frother to mix my coffee before adding my regenerative farm half & half and a ½ tsp of honey (I tried to give up sugar entirely, but just couldn't give up the titch of honey in my morning coffee). This container lasts a month with both my husband and I using it daily. I feel considerably better than I did a year ago, but it's hard to quantify how much is attributable to this particular product as I've lost 50 lbs as well. That being said, my brain fog has improved significantly and I feel better overall. It has a pleasant smell and I don't mind the earthy flavor dimension it adds to my coffee (look at all the folks drinking mushroom coffee, it can't be all bad). It's a bit on the pricier side, but I think the quality makes it well worth the cost per month.

Initial effects after couple weeks seem positive for helping “diminish” brown skin spots, but will keep evaluating to see if it has other healthy benefits.

The price is the best of my available sellers for a product we use daily. The power blends easily in coffee or foods. Taste is not particularly noticeable or unpleasant.

Paul Staments is the mushroom guru. I trust that the ingredients are high quality and handled properly. I use this blend in rotation with Turkey tails. I think it has helped with brain fog. I add it to my milk frother and it mixes well with milk and then I add it to my coffee in the morning. I don’t notice any taste or smell and as long as I drink it within an hour there isn’t any sediment. I think the larger size is the best value and it’s cheaper than I can but it locally.
