Step 1: remove lid and bottom step 2: insert bottle step 3: screw bottom back on, enjoy step 4: if unfinished, replace lid to seal bottle step 5: when finished, unscrew bottom and push bottle from top care instructions: after each use, take care to wipe away any condensation or liquids.
